I happened to have had lunch in a restaurant right next door to Maid Pro, so I stopped in to arrange for an estimate. Amy, the owner, was able to give me a price right then and there. She is very professional & polite. Maid Pro calls the day before they come to clean just to remind me. They are very responsive to any request I have. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work they do and the way they conduct business.

We began with the service in May, now it is September and we have become accustomed to having the housed cleaned when we come home from work on Fridays. It's a home run for us.

It went excellent from beginning to end. The two women came in, very friendly, and got right to work They worked very hard and were very co-operative. I am going to use them again. Excellent, excellent job.

The job went well. I am having them again. I don't think they need to improve anything. I think their price was reasonable. Their quality was nice they did a good job.

Everything was fine. I used used their online quote system. I want to use a business who is not a franchise for my needs, however.

From start to finish we could not be HAPPIER! We had tried to contact several cleaning services that had received high ratings... Many were very expensive, but they did not either have an opening, or they did not call us back until two or three days later, which was too late as we had already contracted MaidPro. I was a little apprehensive because you never know what you are going to get when you have a "service" clean your house rather than one or two people. I think I called and left a message after hours. I don't remember. I do remember Amy calling me and being VERY professional and accommodating. I only gave her a few days notice. I wanted the house deep cleaned over spring break while the kids and I were gone and only my poor husband who still had to work was around. Her estimate for a deep clean seemed rather low. She said it would only cost $160. I said that was way too low. Our four bedroom, two and a half bath house had not seen a deep cleaning in much too long of a time and I had planned on spending $300 or more. I told her not to cost out the cleaning until after the work was done. I told her I would rather have a CLEAN house and pay more for it than have her workers stop cleaning when they got to the end of their allotted time. Amazingly enough, the deep clean only cost me $208!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was thrilled! My husband was in and out that day and he commented that the workers cleaned non stop from about 9:00am until about 3:00pm. Six hours -- times two workers... and only $208!!! And the report from my husband was that the house was spotless! When the kids and I got back we agreed! Two weeks later, MaidPro sent someone to do another cleaning and again, I was very happy with the results! There was a different worker this time, but the house looked great! Amy calls me the day before to remind me that they are coming and that is a nice touch. We will keep using MaidPro as long as they stay this terrific!

Rosemary cleans our house every week. She does a nice job, very consistent, always complete. I get a reminder call the day before.

We have been impressed and happy overall. There have been a few times that some areas weren't done to our satisfaction and required a separate no cost visit. They were very responsive to our concerns / requests and addressed the issues promptly. We have had a consistent cleaner now for several months and have been pleased.

MaidProThe owner is very easy to work with, she has been very flexible to work with our schedules as we have needed to make changes. The quality of the cleaning between each housekeeper is different so I would recommend that you give the owner feedback on each one.

It's going really well. We tried someone else who was local and had bad results. When they came in they did a good job and have been coming back since Feb.

All in all, I feel they are an excellent cleaning service and reasonably priced.

We like them very much. They do a really good job, and they are very flexible in cleaning the portions of the house we want cleaned that particular session. They are very nice to our dog and we plan to stay with them.

They come on every other Friday. They are a lot better than the company I was using before. They are always on time and have never missed an appointment. All the women that work for them are very professional.

It was gone very well. I like the fact that they are extremely reliable. The same persons come out each time, and they have a backup as well. They are trustworthy and they do a great job. I have been very happy with them and will definitely continue to use their services.

They have done really well overall. Although the economy has made it difficult to determine if we would be able to continue using them, we have been happy and we do still use them currently. There is some difference in the quality of cleaning depending on who comes out. Some people are better than others, but we have been generally pleased. We have had previous services that have done a poor job, so I know they do not do a bad job. However, we have not been dazzled by their work either. They do show up on time every time, and they immediately correct any problems we have had. They have been consistently satisfactory, and we have never had a terrible experience with them either, so we will continue to use them for now.

Their office is conveniently located. We could walk in and talk with them. We wanted to get to know the people. We sat down and talked with them, and they seemed very reasonable. They are willing to do whatever we need to be done.

I received a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" postcard from this company shortly after moving to the area. Company advertises a thorough, first-time clean to remove dust, etc. from the move-in. I contacted Amy, the owner, received an estimate for cleaning my main level (3000 sq. ft.) on a weekly basis. First time charge $125, thereafter $100 weekly. The following week, Sara and Racheal (very friendly) showed on time, with the necessary equipment. The cleaning was adequate, not as thorough as advertised. The second cleaning was the same. After the third cleaning, I came home to see several areas of damage: scratched wood floors, chipped columns with debris left on floor, white scratch marks on new, just delivered solid wood desk (my guess is carelessness with the vacuumn), and certain rooms not cleaned. I emailed Amy pictures of the damage, canceled my service (opted out on the "do-over") and requested she mail my key back. Received key today with note: "Sorry it didn't work out."

The first time they didn't know how to clean the stainless steel appliances without streaking them & had to use my cleanser. They also nearly ruined a marble top sink with the wrong cleaning product. Very nice and friendly staff, however. The second time I hired them for weekly service for the course of a couple of months while my regular person was unavailable. The quality was very substandard. Sinks still streaky & dirty, actual dirt on the shower floor from the cleaning person's shoes, all cabinet fronts still clearly unwiped. Refrigerator front unwiped. Wood floors not very clean. The second week back was even worse. One girl couldn't arrive until the last 20 minutes or so, but the entire job still took them less than 2 hours. The wood floors did not appear mopped at all. Kitchen sink very dirty. Spots on all table tops from a quick, uneven wipe. They also left a cigarette lighter on the floor that my toddler son discovered before I did. Very poor quality & not worth it.

MaidPro was hired to do a thorough first-time cleaning, with the intention of possibly having them back to continue routine cleaning on a biweekly basis. The owner, Amy, was whom called me back after I completed the online estimate request. She was very pleasant and forthcoming. Amy was able to get the house scheduled for cleaning in approx. five days. The cleaning crew did a decent job. The only complaints I had were that dust lines remained in corners on the hardwood floors after mopping, the toilet in the 1/2 bath was missed, details such as the top border of backsplashes were missed and under the master bath vanity, and the checklist claimed they did my dishes when they did not. My husband met the cleaning crew personally and claimed they were very friendly, and while he was there, they asked him how much additional effort to put into a pre-existing mark on the floor they could not remove. Amy was receptive to all feedback at the conclusion of the job.
