Their service has continued to be excellent. I have used many companies and MaidPro has been the best. They definitely train their girls to do a good job.

They are absolutely excellent. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. They do an absolutely great job.

The cleaner (Kim) has been coming for several months. She is always professional, and very thorough. I trust her not only to clean our belongings, but to have a key to the house. She's also very friendly, and exercises unusual attention to detail.

MaidPro has been wonderful to work with! We have our house cleaned every other week and are never disappointed with the quality of the work. They go above and beyond to leave our house clean and picked up. Having a baby and working full time, it is so nice to be able to come home twice a month to a clean home!

When I first moved to carmel, we didn't know anyone so naturally we signed up for Angie's List. Immediately I began my search for the right company. I wanted the structure and organization of a business with the familiar touch of an individual. I wanted to be able to trust the people in my home. Not only has Amy and her team been able to provide that but it feels like I know the experts who come to my home bi-weekly. Now, I look forward to Wednesdays when I know Alyssa, of Carmel Maid Pro, will pay our home a visit and make it look brand-new! I can immediately tell the difference and the note she leaves to let me know she has stopped by really makes my day. I found the right cleaning company, there's no doubt about it.

My place is perfectly clean every time, I have the housekeeping service every two weeks. Kasey has been to our place every two weeks and has done a wonderful job taking care of our place top to bottom.

House is always cleaned and straightened top to bottom. It is such a joy to come home to a clean house.

This company has cleaned our home for years and is doing a great job. There are times when we get new people but they have all be very good. Several times they go above and beyond the service required. Quick and trustworthy. Would use them again, and recommend highly.

I had this company set up to clean my house bi-monthly. I was thrilled to do this. First thing I found somewhat strange is they don't come to your house to look at it. I was told to just email Amy with any special exceptions. I had simple ones, like special cleaner for the kitchen sink, use my vacuums...I have one for upstairs, one for downstairs. Just simple things. The most important thing I told them was not to dust my work desk. My house was cleaned on a Friday, so I had a chance for a few days to look at my house. There were multiple things that were not done. Window seals, my bathtub, my toilet, a table in my office, my floor in the laundry room, my alarm clock (that I would not have noticed if I didn't need to set it on Saturday). Picture frames. Just these things were too much. So I send Amy an email, and I get a very defensive email back. The email that was sent back to me just answered my questions at the top--- IE...1.yes 2.no 3. sorry etc. Then at the bottom she mentioned their 24 hour return policy to correct things...then mentioned she may not be the company for me! Seriously because her company missed all these items...and I reported them. I was on vacation, so I chose for them not to come back. I did email her a week later to discontinue their services because her response/their cleaning was so unprofessional. So on Tuesday(7/30) I sit in my office at home for the first time since the cleaning. My electric connection device had been knocked over by the vacuum. It had turned off. It was on its side. There is no way the person that was here missed that. No way. So I emailed Amy today about that, and the fact that I discovered also about my bathroom toilet(a few days after they were here) and the table in my office. Plus I happened to mention I was deciding on whether to write a report on Angie's List...guess what? Now she is trying to hunt me down. When I had all of the issues, she never once made a personal call, now because I am telling everyone my story she wants to talk to me. I don't work that way. I should have received a personal call over a week ago when over 5 items were missed in my house. The 24 hour guarantee should not matter with that large amount missed. I chose not to use the guarantee because I was on vacation. However make a personal call to me and apologize. don't send me an email.

Our home has been cleaned several times by Maidpro and Dee has provided excellent service. She is thorough and detailed concerning her cleaning.

Amy and Heather arrived on time and we took of a tour of the house so I could point out special areas needing attention. They worked for a total of 13 man hours and did a great job.

Cleaning teams were recycled frequently with varying work quality. The owner spoke negatively of her own employees. Will not be continuing our services.

I have had Maid Pro for nearly 2 months and my house has never looked better. The day Dee comes is the best day of the week.

My experience was great. Amy seemed very nice on the phone when she gave me the estimate. For a couple of months, I had them come and clean my house once a month. Then, unfortunately, financial circumstances on my part forced me to discontinue the service. However, as soon as my finances allow, I will call them back. They did a really good job.

I contacted maidpro in january of 2012 at which time Amy came to our home and gave us an estimate of the cost of a montly clean. We have been using their service for nearly a year and are very pleased with their service. If we desire a non-schedluled clean they are very accomdating. There are times when the cleaning crew maky change but the quality of the service remains the same. Their prices are very reasonable and maidpro will prorate the clean based on what you want done.

We love MaidPro! They are so thorough, and it is so nice to come home to a clean house! The girls are very professional. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have lived in the Indy area for a little over three years and have tried several cleaning services. In May of this year, I finally signed up for Angie's list and tried one of their recommended service providers. At first, I thought MaidPro of Carmel was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! It is a huge stress reliever to know that Renee from MaidPro is going to show up every two week on time and ready to work. She does a fantastic job! I am very happy with MaidPro!!!

We have used this service for over a year on a weekly basis. We have been very pleased with service. Renee does a great job and always makes nice personal touches. Pays great attention to kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Since starting with service have had a couple different people, but overall they have all done a great job. If we ever have any feedback, Amy is easy to reach and addresses our needs.

My overall experience has been excellent. I couldn't ask for better.

They performed well in a difficult industry. Our main cleaner, Renee, is terrific and we have requested her as often as she is available. We have used others before, and are sticking with this company as long as our house is properly cleaned each month. They are hard to beat. I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

First of all let me start by saying I'm sure with this company, it really depends on who you get. I'm not crazy about being given a arrival window, which was 11:00 to 1:00. They arrived at 1:05, looking very hot and tired. They didn't introduce themselves and when I asked how long they would be here, one of them told me she had to leave at 3:00 to take her son to the dentist but the other one would finish up, but it usually takes about 3 hours. When I returned initially I thought things looked pretty good, but on closer inspection not so much. The table in my entry hall wasn't dusted, nor was the lower level of my coffee table. My kitchen floor was not washed, only vacuumed, and my kitchen sink wasn't even cleaned, there was a piece of food stuck to it! These seem like pretty obvious things to clean. The quality of the job was especially obvious in comparison to another service who cleaned my house the month before. I will say that Amy in the office is great, very responsive, and she did reach out to me to try to fix things after I left a report on their website. At this point I'm just going to use the previous service I used.

They were really good, but they did forget to dust my light fixtures and my I do have a couple finger prints on my door. Their price was pretty expensive, but their quality was good.
