We are on a regular schedule. Paula is always on time, very happy, and pleasant to have in our house. I always look forward to our Maid Pro days!

I am always happy with my cleaning.

So far, I'm pleased. It has only been one time. They were here a little earlier than she said they would.

They do a great job and have never cancelled. If you ever have special requests or questions Amy will call you or e-mail you back right away. They send an optional quick survey each time so you can give feedback if you choose.

Excellent. Took about five hours (was one person), but house was spotless when done. Stainless steel in kitchen sparkled, bathrooms were cleanest ever, no dust anywhere, baseboards cleaned, rugs and floors very well cleaned. Experience from first contact to actual service has been professional, punctual, and no surprises. Dee - the service provider - was on time, very pleasant, had no problems with getting down into the cleaning needed, and took good notes about future dos, don'ts and our wishes for future cleaning. We've tried a couple of other services since we moved to this area a year ago, but have been unhappy with both the quality, service, and price points - too expensive for a poor job. We had about given up on having a service provider for house cleaning in this area. We have already scheduled Dee for every two weeks, and look forward to our next sparkling visit with her! Very glad we found Maid Pro.

It was good. They did a good job. They have good people and they do a nice job on everything that they take care for us. I'm getting ready to change it from morning because my wife and I are having trouble getting up early enough for them.

We've had an excellent experience with them. Their pricing is average.

They did very good. We have them once a month and we have had them for about 5 month. The clean our main floor at 90$ and if they clean up stairs then they add 30$. They have come up with a couple of different products like for our Kitchen sink, they cleaned with a nice product. The also came up with a product that got rid of scratches on a dinning table. They do a reasonable job and consistent good job compared to the providers we had before.

Renee cleans our house every other week. she thoroughly cleans carpet and wood floors, 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms with 2 kids and 2 dogs. We love knowing it will be the same person and she knows our house well.

MaidPro Carmel has cleaned our home on several occassions and has always done a great job. They are very detail oriented and through in their clean. They are flexible with scheduling and very prompt. They take the time needed to ensure the job is up to the standard of the customer. It is nice that they do not cut corners in order to get it done in a given amount of time. I would highly recommend MaidPro Carmel and in fact, have already referred them to a neighbor.

I absolutely loved Maid Pro She always showed up on time, was always deligent, and our home look spotless when she left. She became close to me and my children and it was so sad to discontinue service. I would highly recommend this compnay to anyone looking to have their home cleaned

They do a good job, but would prefer if it was only one or two regular workers, rather than several different workers.

It spoiled our day since we didn't feel we could leave the house.

Mark Miller was very professional. He was running later and called to update when he would be there. He tried to make sure everything was done right.

I selected Maid Pro Carmel due to all of the high marks on Angie's list. I had an empty rental house (only 2000 sq/ft) that needed to be cleaned. When I called the office, the staff was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I was not able to be at the house for the cleaning, and for that I guess I own some of the responsibility... but I was disappointed in the work that was done... the house was empty, so cleaning should have been pretty easy and obvious. It seems that they cleaned the kitchen sink (really well), one bathroom (of three), one air vent (mostly), dusted ceiling fan blades, and seemed to have vacuumed the entire house. I think I was charged for 6 hours... I am not sure, because they did not leave a receipt... so I had to wait for my credit card to see this cost me $195. I am not sure how it took 6 hours to do this.... they might have done more... but I really don't see it. What I do see though are what I consider the obvious things that were missed... things like other two bathrooms were untouched... appliances still had food stains... light switches and doors still had a build up of finger prints that could easily be wiped down... glass window pain with a name written in the dirt was still their.... baseboards still dusty.... doors still had a build up of dust in the crevices.... and many other areas that in an empty house should have stood out to cleaning pros. In the end, I don't feel I got much value for what was charged.

Used Carmel maidpro for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. They followed every instruction my wife and I had. Did a very good job cleaning as well. I plan on using them bi weekly now.

I have been using them for about five years. They have been great. The girl who does my house has been wonderful. They always show up and are easy to work with.

They are wonderful. Everybody I have had I have liked. They are very capable and polite. And the administration is good as well.
