I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dave is a perfectionist and took care of a number of small issues that most others would let go. He cleaned up completely at the end of each work day and I could totally trust him in my house when I was gone. He offered sound advice when I was unsure or indecisive. I could go on and on but I don't want him to get so busy he doesn't have time to do the other jobs I want to hire him for when I save up the money!

Dave was wonderful, work was done to perfection, this is something I've seen little of in the years of working with contractor's. He cleaned up after himself every night! The cut outs in the bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet are perfect, the water pipes are perfect, the lifhting is beyond expectations. He trimed out every tiny detail. He had specially mixed spray paint for trim pieces to match the cabinets. This was a major job and Dave actually worked past dark many nights to finish parts I needed quickly (like getting the stove put back in!) He told me early on to quit worrying about the details, that that was HIS job. Wow... A new experience having someone else actually do what they said they'd do! I would recommend Magner Associated Group to anyone wanting a job done by real professionals.
