+ 1 moreOur experience with 'Lowe Professional Remodeling' was actually very exciting. The attention to detail was superior. After several years of thinking about how I wanted our new 'Master Suite' to look, it was awesome to see how it all came together and even exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: Dave and Tom demolished our Master bathroom and Master closet. This included removing a very large and heavy whirlpool tub, old bath cabinets and original toilet, floor tile and carpet. They repaired drywall and retiled the bath area and layed down hardwood flooring in our Master closet. They also rebuilt the shower basin for a larger shower that is frameless, installed new custom cabinets with custom crown molding, sinks, mirrors and toilet. From start to finish the job site was well maintained and always free of debris. All work that was done was to perfection, I couldn't be more happy than with Dave & Tom's skills. This renovation turned out better than any of my expectations. If you are looking for someone with knowledge and ability to do a remodel for you, I would highly recommend 'Lowe Professional Remodeling'. Oh, and another thing, Jane, Dave's wife, is top notch too when it comes to knowledge of how remodels are done and can be very helpful when it comes to deciding on all the elements you will need for your remodel, ie: cabinets, hardwood flooring, tile, hard surface counter tops etc. They make a great team!

+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. David would not start the job until all of the needed components to complete the kitchen were on hand. They did a great job gutted an old plaster kitchen and sealed it off well and minimize the mess in the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and there was virtually no down time. They completed the entire job in only 38 days (and that includes weekends and holidays!) David and his crew were friendly and professional and did well with my two curious children constantly underfoot. I definitely plan to use them again when I remodel our bathrooms!!
Description of Work: Dave Lowe and crew completely gutted our kitchen, re-wired the entire kitchen, installed new flooring and drywall, tiled the backsplash and replaced all of the trimwork in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreThey did excellent work. They were under budget and got it done ahead of time. It was supposed to take one month and they got it done in 29 days. They vaccum when they leave. They were so good that we will hire them again to do another bathroom and our kitchen as well as flooring. They were very professional and personable. We would give them our highest recommendation.

+ 1 moreNightmare. Demo cut the main water supply line for the toilet, flooded all three floors and then they were mad at us for getting upset about the situation. I refuse to say anything more other than it was stopped there and that was it.
Description of Work: They were contracted to demo our master bath, design and install tile and our supplied tub and such plus install a fireplace surround and wood floors.

All the installations were very professional. The outcome exceeded our expectations. For the quality of work, the price was right on target.

WE SELECTED CANADIAN CHERRY HARDWOOD FLOOR FOR THE DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, AND FAMILY ROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND ALL FOUR BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS. WE HAD THEM TILE THE BASEMENT AND THE MASTER BEDROOM BATHROOM. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING IN SO IT WAS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE FURNITURE AROUND, THIS ALLOWED THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN TWO WEEKS. WHAT WE LIKED MOST ABOUT THEM WAS THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, THE GUYS TRIMMED AROUND THE FIREPLACE AND WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE CEDAR CHAIR RAIL IN THE BASEMENT WITH NEW TRIM. JANE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WE HAD DURING THE PROJECT. EVERYONE WHO HAS VISITED THE HOUSE HAS BEEN IMPRESSED BY THE FLOORING, GREAT JOB!
