They came in, got us up, and moved furniture and all that stuff. There weren't any complaints and they were friendly. They came in, did the stuff and got it all done that day. They cleaned up everything and hauled everything away. I did ask for estimates for my kitchen, so I went back three times and stood there while they called the guy. I gave them my name and number and they never called me back or gave me an estimate for it.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Lowes had an outside vendor do the installation, but the transaction was seamless and the outside vendor did a great job. We had shopped aroundon prices, and for the quality of the product this was a great price. Because we went with the higher quality Stainmaster carpet, installation was free. We are very pleased and plan to use Lowes to carpet our basement in the Fall.

The installers (Travis, Rocky & Mike) were professional, punctual and pleasant to work with. In addition, so was the staff at store (flooring and home delivery). They did a great job and did not leave a mess. We would definitely recommend these guys to our neighbors and friends.

The installation crew did a good job. The new carpet looks great. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. My only complaint is with Lowe's itself. We originally went to Lowes because of an advertised $97 whole house installation fee. Buyer beware, it's not literally true. If you need furniture moved, extra charge. Removing existing carpet and pad, extra charge. "Custom wrapping" stairs, extra charge. The "custom wrap" stairs means they only "waterfall" the steps as part of the installation. The carpet is not tacked down to the vertical portion of the step, it "falls" to the next horizontal portion. I can't imagine anyone wanting this effect. Lowe's also has a very inadequate reciept. The customer service representative at the store tried very hard to help us with this, but they were never able to print a receipt that had a proper breakdown of materials and labor. The 1st page of the receipt was for actual carpet material. The 2nd page lumped the labor, extras, tack strips, and pad together with only a total, no breakdown. They don't even break down how much you paid in taxes! Because of this experience, I will not use Lowe's for flooring installation again.

It was excellent. Lowe's, along with the company they contracted to do the installation, was responsive and did quality work. Everything was handled very well.

Everything went poorly. It took them 8 months to fix one kitchen cabinet. This was a Lowe's recommended installer. I asked for some consideration because of the delay. He refused my offer. So I went to Lowe's to talk them about the job and they said there is nothing they could do. I feel it was an unprofessional and inappropriate to charge the full price for the work. Especially after unconvincing us for eight months.

The sub contractor was very professional. I would use them again. They were delayed because of an ice storm but that wasn't their fault. In my interactions with them, they were very professional. I talked with the owner and he was great.

It was very good. They came in a big Lowes truck with a big crew and did it very quickly. They answered all our questions and cleaned up very well. They seemed very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the windows and door that they put in. They had the best price that we were able to find. They came right when they said they would and they were very professional.

Their prices were unbeatable, and their service was terrific. Every contact with the Lowes staff was very good.

I went into the store to talk to them about it. The woman I worked with was great. I didn't use them because I couldn't find enough references for their kitchen work on Angie's List. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable.

We found some imperfections in the floor tile, but the rest of the tile was fine.

We have used them before in the year 2005 for door service. I spent $2000 or $3000 for their carpet service. They did a great job and they did it quickly. We had them order the carpet that we wanted but once it came in everything was done very quickly and professionally. Their clean up was good. We have had the other carpet service providers come in and leave a mess. But they put it up and left everything in great shape.

So far it has been good service and good pricing. They are doing a good job. I am real happy with them.

We were satisfied with the product. My only complaint was that the products are not offered for a long time. We went back to buy more carpet to match and the carpet had been discontinued. Other than that we were satisfied.

The installer was great. He did a fabulous job. He really went out of his way to please us.

Lowe's arranged for the installation without me having to do any of it, they did all the small things that made it easy. They were on time and honored their commitment.

Visited for measurements within 48 hrs. Installed door 10 days later. The installer arrived when promised and set about doing his job in a very professional manner. Swept up work area and left with everything working properly. Lowes called twice to confirm that the job was done as expected and that we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. They then reminded me of the warranty and asked that we contact them with any concerns. A+ to Lowes

Overall I was satisfied except for the extra phone calls to get the part replaced.

Some of the caulking has come loose, but I decided to cut my losses.

It is a good place and their customer service is good.

We liked their products. We had a very good and wonderful experience with them. Their price was just wonderful and we are very pleased with them. I was really surprised. We got somebody who was good to install the windows too. We had used their services in the past to redo our kitchen and we bought the cabinets from them. The person who did our cabinets was excellent. He knew things that we needed to know. We thought about getting the cabinets from someone else, but I am so glad that we didn’t. This lady who we dealt with was very knowledgeable. She told us exactly what we needed and how we had to do it. She was very helpful and it came out perfectly when we got the work done. I especially liked the expertise of the people that we worked with at Lowes. The man who set everything up at their store really took time with us. He also found all the blinds for us because there were some special parts on it. We also got a discount from them. So he was very good about working with us. There was one person who came out to measure everything and we did have to pay for that. I asked him some questions when he came. He said that he didn’t really like the windows that we were thinking of getting. He told us that the other ones that he had were of better quality. I felt like we made a better choice based on his recommendation. The job was a very difficult job because the windows were very old. They worked the whole day. They really worked hard and they knew what they were doing. It turned out to be a terrific experience for us. It made a big difference for us. The guys who were working were wearing t-shirts and it looked odd. I really recommend them. We would go back to this particular Lowes from where we bought the windows since they have very knowledgeable people there. They have always given us good advice when we asked them for something.

Barb is the department manager at Lowe's Carmel for window coverings. She was fantastic to work with--knew exactly what I was talking about regarding the look I wanted for the style home we are creating. She worked with me well to select the right blind at the right price while a Levelor sale was going on. The measurement and installation when without a hitch thanks to Jim, their expert installer. We were trying to meet a deadline for guests coming to our home and Lowe's and their staff were able to achieve that goal. We are very pleased and will go to Lowe's when we are ready to purchase blinds for other windows in our home.

Good. Appliances were installed properly and quickly.

We use them quite a bit. We also checked them for flooring. They were great and did a good job. We haven't had a bad experience with them. Their price was very good and the quality was good. They called to tell us when they would be in and they showed up when they said they would. After they put the door in, they had a supervisor show up to check it out, which we liked.
