We love Lowe's for a couple of things because they have someone there who is knowledgeable about what you want to buy, and the DIY place is important. They give a 10% discount to veterans, and that is helpful, and we like their product. We like their customer service, and they keep everything that you bought from them in a computer, so you can go back and look at it. I got my tiles for our floor and back splash from them. They have people who can explain things to you, and that means a lot to me. They have all the good brands and everything.

They didn’t center it right or anything and I was having problems with it. I finally had to go to Pella’s themselves and they said that the reason I was having problems was because it hadn’t been installed right. They hadn’t centered it or whatever you have to do, but it was too late to have them come out and redo because it had been about two years. I just got stuck with a $2,000 patio door that has a problem every now and then though I would not go to them again. I would go directly to a regular business that does it instead of some place that subcontracts. They subcontract which I didn’t think that they did, and they never told me that. That is why I don’t go to those places anymore to have any thing done. The pricing was fair, and I knew it was going to be expensive. They would come out to see and fiddle around with it but they never really fixed the issue. Then the time ran out and I had to have Pella’s themselves because it is a Pella door, and they are the ones that said I was having issues because the installation wasn’t done right. The screen door keeps sliding closed because it is not level.

Scheduled meeting with Lowes window rep to discuss options and provide us pricing for Pella replacement windows. Lowes price was better vs. other window replacement companies. Lowes rep was professional and was knowledgeable about products. Discussed process in detail. Lowe's window replacement team came out to house once Pella replacement windows arrived. They removed old windows and took them away. Installed new Pella windows with clad exterior to match house color with pre-stained wood interior that matched well. It took entire day to remove and replace all 12 windows. Installation team did a good job of cleaning up worksite after they had finished install. Few days after install I did notice a few trim pieces weren't quite secure and called Lowes. They sent out installer next day to fix loose trim pieces. Overall I gave them an A since process went smoothly and they were responsive to your inquiries.

I was looking to get carpet installed right away and did not want to wait. Unfortunately our first choice was not in stock and had to pick out another color. Within 2 weeks the carpet was installed and done in one day. They showed up on time, did a great job, and hauled away old carpet. I do have a couple of transition strips between carpet and laminate) that are loose and still requiring someone to secure. Overall, very happy with the job and I would use them again.

Capet + pad + installation better than multiple stores priced for similar carpets (density, color, feel). Installers were on-time respectful and did a great installation. We've had the carpet over a year now and could't be happier.

I ordered at evening in store and it's installed next day. The technicians did excellent job. They installed new water heater and hauled away the old one. They also found my slow water flow problem is due to clogged water softner. They solved a big puzzle for me. I really appreciate that. After installation, Lowe's follows up with phone call. Very proffesional. The water heater works flawlessly so far. I highly recommend Lowe's water heater with 12 year warranty and their professional and promp installation service.

I was last there early last week and I spent under ten dollars. They are very close to where I live and I think that they are a quality home improvement store and they are competitively priced. They have always got a lot of inventory and the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I give them 'A's all the way across, I never had any bad experiences with them.

I purchased mirrors, vanity's, and a small wall storage unit. All of these items had to be ordered from their distribution warehouse. They did not have these items on display. They had pictures in a catalog type book. Because of this I had a lot of questions. They were very accomodating at answering all of my questions in regards to tracking the orders for my bathroom renovation timeline. The brand of the vanity was Allen and Roth. I love them!

We had no cabinets or storage in our laundry room and wanted a nice looking but budget friendly solution. Alyssa at Lowes was a great resource. We met for almost 2 hours in the store and laid out a laundry room full of Kraftmaid cabinets plus more for a closet redone into an organization center. We handled installation ourselves. Alyssa's design was well thought out and she was so helpful making suggestions for how to accommodate a litter box and pet feeding station as well as how to get great storage for the best price. She made the process so easy. Kraftmaid delivered to our house and carried everything inside. We are very pleased with the quality and construction of the cabinets. When we had a couple minor issues the Kraftmaid customer service took care if everything. We would use lowes and Kraftmaid again.

We got a granite countertop quote from Lowe's. It was a good experience and I'm sure they would have done a good job. Our salesperson was very responsive and friendly and good to work with. But we found a better price elsewhere.

Everything went very smoothly. So refreshing!

Doors arrived in very good condition in a reasonable amount of time. One door was the incorrect size, even though we had paid the retailer to pre-measure for us before we ordered. They ordered a replacement at no extra charge, which arrived a week or so later and was installed at that time. The installers removed the old doors and installed the new ones in good time, leaving no mess behind. The hinges all started squeeking shortly after installation due to lack of lubrication. I cured that with spray lubricant. One door developed a bind when closing because the deadbolt strike plate had been installed on the surface of the jam. The installers came back out to countersink the plate and solved that issue. A second door has started binding at the top corner and is apparently not hanging straight and plumb. We'll have to have them come out and fix that one next. The rush to install the doors led to some shortcuts and minor annoyances.

We elected not to use Lowes for this job. We received the quote for the work mentioned above, which totaled approximately $23000. It seemed rather high to me, so we sought a second bid, For the same product (Hardiboard siding) and job scope, the price came in $9000 lower. I was shocked. I did provide feedback to Pat Taylor that we would not be using them for this job, and told him why. He was extremely professional, but stated there was no way he could be competitive. He was extremely apologetic.

I have the tools and and supplies that I need for the future projects.. Lowe's is really saved me money in the long run. All you have to do is put in the time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was $5 for a $20 gift card. I shop there quite frequently. I got what I wanted and I was treated very well. They are fine. Their prices are average. They have a good variety.

It went great, really well. They were on time. Three men came out, a father and two sons. They came the next day and it was quite a big job. They finished in two days and cleaned up. I was able to pick out what I wanted. Price was competitive.

My experience with them was very good. It went very well and very smoothly. It's a great deal and I will highly suggest to anyone who use Lowe's to take advantage of it. It was a great price for the deal and it was very easy to use, we've received it in a very timely manner.

They've been professional, efficient, they're an A+ company.

It worked out great. It came promptly in the mail and had no problems redeeming the gift card at Lowe's. I hope they offer this deal again

It was a two-week job. They were awesome. We will definitely use them again in the future, as a matter of fact, we have even told somebody about them.

Everything was excellent from the initial planning,the tear out and the install of the new countertops. They made good recommendations, were professional and cleaned up after the work was completed.
