I did not have them install the flooring but I did buy it from them. They were not push at all the man was very nice. They seemed very knowledgeable about what they were selling.

They did a great job both with the purchasing as well as the installing. They even worked with us on the design. We did have a few small issues but they resolved them with out any questions.

The gentleman from Lowe's dropped the microwave on the top of my stove when he was installing it. He also dropped his tools on my kitchen floor. The gentleman was very clumsy and not experienced at all. It was very upsetting that my new appliance was not handled in an appropriate, professional manner.

I wanted to purchase an over the range microwave I found the microwave I wanted on the Internet. They had to order it and said it would take about 10 days. The day after I ordered it that they called me to confirm the model number on the microwave, and also confirmed that the installer would contact me to install the microwave. The installer came and was prompt. Lowe's also followed up after the installation to make sure that I was satisfied. I was impressed also I saved $25.00 compared to another service provider I was going to purchase the microwave from.

Listed is the cost of installation, the actual cost of the faucet was separate. They did what they could for the sink. The particular model had gaps on either side at the sink base. Lowe's said it was characteristic of that product and not of the installation. They came installed and left. They were ok.

The selection was pretty good at Lowes, and the on-floor help was better than expected from a home improvement store. Lowes' installer for this job was A.B. Construction. The installation looks great and the guys worked real hard. There were a few hard spots and the home was originally built in the late 1800's so there aren't any flat floors in the house, but they had no problems. The downfalls were that the guys from A.B. were late to just about every appointment (estimate, first work day, completion inspection), and they all have foreign accents (Russian maybe?) that make it difficult to speak with over the phone, and somewhat difficult in person. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome and may try Lowes for some vinyl flooring later on.

I was very pleased with the lady at the carpet counter and her professionalism. If I ever needed anything to redo my bathroom I would go back to Lowe's. Everyone who works there knows their stuff.

They were prompt and courteous, and the price was well below that of the other places. Plus you had the advantage of a 12 months interest free loan.

Their prices not only for the unit, but also, the labor was very competitive. The tech who came out was super, very serious & all business regarding the work he was doing. He was here & gone with in 3 hours. While the tech was installing unit, a quality inspector from Lowe's came by to check the process. I then received a follow up call from Lowe's a few days to see how the work went. I've never had that happen with a company before.

Great experience having this guy do the work for us.

They seemed a bit disorganized. There seemed to be poor communication between the store personnel and the delivery personnel.

Their only goal is to hook up the washing machine. I also had a water softener using the same drain so they disconnected the water softener. It's their policy to do that which I was not aware of.

Wyatt was our sale person was extremely helpful and knowledge while purchasing carpet for the upstairs and basement of our house. Approx. 2200 sq ft. The installation was professional and excellent. The only thing we suggest is that you take a sample of the carpet home to look at the carpet under your own lighting as it does appear different then from in the store.

Everything went well. They were helpful and did a great job.

They did a wonderful job. What I really liked about it was that it was a one stop shop so I could pick out the carpeting and hardwood flooring in one stop. They also called me once the work was done to see how things went and if we were happy with everything.

They hired sub-contractors to do the work. They were prompt. I am happy with my new kitchen. I would hire them again in the future.

The tops were great, but they initially measured wrong. They were quick to come out and fix it, but the plumbing had to be re-done. I know they are subcontractors, but I felt like I should have had a professional do it. I felt like the installer was out of his league, he seemed a little inexperienced.

The salesman asked me the measurements and he didn't say anything about the backplash. They made a date to come out and they asked me if I had the backplash when they came in. I had to order them from lowes because no one told me about it. The installer told me that the measurements should have been done differently which the salesman should have told me. I even asked the salesman if they should come out and measure. When the backsplashes came in they were rounded (didn't match) Lowes was very condescending and patronizing when I talked to them. They told me that they would charge me a trip charge to come out, I had to get angry with them and they finally told me that they wouldn't charge me the trip charge, which was only $36. I would not use them again due to the grief. Very poor customer service.

GREAT EXPERIENCE...HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

LOWES LUMBER DEPARTMENT CUT SOME WOOD TRIM WORK FROM LUMBER TO FIT SIZES WE PROVIDED THEM. THE TRIM WORK WAS THEN PUT ON THE CABINETS WE RECENTLY INSTALLED IN OUR LAUNDRY ROOM. THEY DID A NICE JOB CUTTING THEM EXACTLY TO SIZE. LOWES ALWAYS PROVIDES ME WITH ALL KINDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS. I'D SAY SOMEONE ADVISES ME ALMOST EVERY TIME I VISIT THEIR STORE. THEY'RE MY FAVORITE HARDWARE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE.

SALESMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DID NOT TRY TO OVERSELL ON A MORE EXPENSIVE MODEL, BUT POINTED OUT THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF EACH OF THE CHOICES BASED UPON THE TASK I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. AT THE CHECK OUT COUNTER, THEY WERE SURE TO ASK IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE IN LOADING THE ITEM INTO MY VEHICLE.

SIMPLE, ON TIME, WELL DONE. THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY DID THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION.

WHILE ALL PEOPLE THAT I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WERE FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL, PARTS OF THE PROCESS WERE FRUSTRATING. THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT AN INSTALLER WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 3 DAYS FOLLOWING PAYMENT TO HAVE WINDOWS MEASURED, BUT IT WAS A WEEK, AND I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM TWICE IN ORDER FOR LOWE'S TO CONTACT THE INSTALLER TO HAVE HIM CALL ME. WHEN THE WINDOWS ARRIVED, I HAD TO CALL LOWE'S TO SEE IF THEY WERE IN, THEY THEN LOOKED AND DETERMINED THAT THEY HAD ARRIVED. THE JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED BY THE ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION, AND THE INSTALLER, JOHN, WAS EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, AND ON TIME. AS LONG AS YOU ARE PREPARED TO MANAGE THE PROCESS, AND STAY ON TOP OF THE SCHEDULING, THE COST OF THEIR SERVICES IS WORTH IT.

SPOKE TO A SALES PERSON IN THE DOOR DEPT, WHO WAS TO GET US AN ESTIMATE ON A WOOD FRONT DOOR AND INSTALLATION, OVER A MO AGO; AND HE WAS TO CALL US WITHIN 1 WEEK, AND TODAY NO RESPONSE. VERY SURPRISED FOR LOWES.

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE KNOWLEDGEABLE AROUND THE CORNER TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. WHEN ATTEMPTING DO IT YOURSELF PROJECTS, IT IS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO GET ADVICE AND YOUR SUPPLIES ALL IN ONE PLACE.
