They measured my porch as scheduled. Then they estimated the cost with their recommendation of gluing instead of with lining, since the likelihood of its getting wet is higher. Within a week from measurement they came to install it and Paul Howell, the installer and his assistant finished it in 3-4 hrs. to our satisfaction.

They did a good job. Tore down old fence, hauled away, put in new fence.

We were in a hurry because it was an urgent problem. We were generally happy with them but we were dissatisfied that they did not tell us that if we had purchased an energy star rated water heater we would have been able to get a credit from the government.

Overall they were between an "A" and a "B".

They did what they were supposed to do. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.

My experience from start to finish was a complete pleasure. First, I stopped by the Carmel Lowes store to purchase a Washer/Dryer - our first new pair in 14 years. I had done research to know what I wanted and the salesman I interacted with was pleasant, easy to talk to, and very professional. The whole transaction took no more than 15 minutes. I went in on a Thursday and he scheduled my delivery for Saturday afternoon. The two gentlemen who installed my new washer/dryer were polite, professional, and personable. There was an issue with my dryer connection that attached to both the dryer and the wall. They tried to repair it and then decided to replace it with a completely new one. This is something that they didn't have to do because that piece was MY responsibility - not part of the purchase that was made. This was my first time with a front-loading washer. They carefully explained how to use both machines (in fact, they tested both of them out). They were here for approximately 30 minutes and I think it's possibly the best experience I've ever had with an appliance installation.

They did a great job and called us several times to make sure we were happy with the work. It couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend them.

Without asking, because of the large amount of carpet, they came back after the quote and gave a corporate discount. The guys that came out were great. We feel like we got our money's worth.

I had 2-3 estimates, and ended up going with Lowes. We weren't sure what it was going to look like, so we were able to pick out what we wanted. The experience was fine. The plumbers were good. They got here when they said they were going to get here. It didn't take them long. It was clean when they left.

It went fine. I would recommend them to anybody. They gave the most reasonable bid.

The appliance store had sub-contracted another company to do the installation. We were pleased with the installer. He was very pleasant. He even had came back because we had never thought about it and he hadn't either when he installed, but he handled the appliance drawer that stuck out and it kept a drawer from an adjoining drawer from opening. They sent the same person back the next day after we found out and there were no charges to have it redone. They even called and asked how we liked the installation and we told them how pleasant the installer was. My husband shops at the store all the time.

Everyone came out right on time to do the work. They did a good job. I had a good experience working with everyone who came out to my home.

This was done in a matter of days! Lowes had the most competitive price. I would purchase from them again.

Got best new hot water heater they had. Installer sub-contracted was on time and professional. Thought price to have installation $200 was a little high but had no issues.

They were very professional, punctual and conscientious. They had a good price. The installation was top notch, excellent.

We had already checked out the types so there was no high pressure sales. They delivered the stove the next day, hooked it up and leveled it, also. They took the old stove and got rid of it.

The biggest difference was that their estimate was over $2,000 less than everyone else; it was a huge cost savings. They were as professional as I think anyone would be. There was a minor mistake but they were able to correct it. They're excellent at communicating with you. They called to tell you when the order's placed, when the windows arrive at the store, and the store personnel call within 48 hours to make sure that the subcontractor has scheduled with you. After installation, the store follows up again to make sure everything was done. I would consider using them again.

The installation went very well. They did a nice job. We were able to return the wood we did not open.

We went in to look at appliances and they had Jenn Air Pro Line appliances on clearance because they weren't supposed to be selling Jenn Air Pro Line at the Lowe's in Carmel. We ended up getting the Pro Line for about the same price as regular appliances. It was a great deal and we were really pleased with the quality of the appliances.

Went to Lowe's with plan for deck remodel in back year. Lowe's rep was great to help me with the exact materials I needed. He also setup a delivery for the next day. The truck driver unloaded the materials very neat on the driveway. I was very happy with overall service.

Needed faucets, PVC, drains and then ordered countertop. Came in exact and perfect.

Excellent work, on time, very polite, quickly done. Left the house very neat. Small problem attended to promptly.

I am very impressed with the quality of the employees at our local Lowes. There is one man in the Tools department that told my husband and I all about how to put in a beam for a bearing wall. He even drew pictures for us of the details! The men in the Paint department often give me great tips and show me new tools that will help me do my project faster or easier. Two other men in the Commercial department helped me so much when I was loading drywall into my too-small SUV. One of them showed me how to cut it to fit and actually brought out a utility knife and straightedge so I could do it. And the other helped me load all of my materials into my vehicle being sure not to damage the car and even putting in some padding so that I would be OK as I drove home. What outstanding employees!

So far we have been really pleased with them. They were very prompt with coming to give us a quote. When they came out to give us an estimate they were easy to talk to and professional.

I chose the countertops. They delivered and installed the countertops.
