Let Dave Do It • Paint & Tile

Dave is excellent and took care of everything in a very timely manner. He helped us out in a couple places we were stuck on color/location choices. The home feels like it was just built and removed years off it's lifespan. Thanks for all the hard work and being accomodating to our timelines. Hire this man!

Dave is excellent to work with. He does a thorough job. He is helpful with color selection too. He spent a lot of timing prepping for the job which made a huge difference. He made sure the windows were not painted shut (a problem we had last time the house was painted). Not only is he a nice guy, he goes above and beyond. For instance, since he was painting in October and leaves were beginning to fall, he kindly cleaned the gutters while he was up on the ladder. We will definitely use Dave again. Can't say enough nice things about him.

The experience was just fine overall. He showed me some pictures of murals that he's done, which were very beautiful!

We solicited three bids for this project. Dave's was, by far, the lowest of the three. His website shows beautiful pics of past jobs, we'd received glowing reviews of his work from a neighbor, and he was the most receptive to and flexible with our needs. Our cost breakdown was $2,100 for labor and ~$2,900 for materials. Dave suggested a tile shop for us to select our tiles and accessories from - giving us time to narrow down our preferences alone (smart guy!). Then he accompanied me back to the shop to confirm our choices as appropriate, make improvements to the design, and finalize the tile purchase. When the work began, Dave was very accommodating to our daily schedule and was punctual. He stayed in contact with me when I was unable to be home. From day one, he was super cautious about keeping our home clean and very respectful of the fact that he was moving through our bedroom area daily. He cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. Throughout the entire process, Dave made several helpful suggestions that saved us money in our selections. He made adjustments along the way as we asked questions and made requests. He was very encouraging to us as we made these requests. We had heard that we just might not want to LEAVE our shower the first few days after the work was done, but it's been over a month since the job was completed and we still take longer showers than we need to. :) He did an absolutely beautiful job, paying attention to all of the little details that come up. We couldn't be happier and are planning the next project for Dave to do for us!

Dave is very professional, reasonably priced, and works very quickly. His work is outstanding and I plan to hire him again for future projects!
