Description of Work: Legacy was easy to work with, and knew there stuff. I felt confident they would get the job done right. There was a small sizing issue on the door, which the installers were able to handle. The finished product looks great. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Legacy turned my screened-in porch into an enclosed room utilizing the wooden deck and roof which were already in place. The windows are beautiful and the room turned out better than I even expected! I have no complaints about the end product and the owner did a great job staying exactly within my budget for the project. There were however some ongoing communication issues both between the owner and workers and the owner and myself. Apparently they are quite busy, and there were delays (put in a lot of short days) which stretched this process out longer than I wished. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend their work. The windows come with a lifetime warranty and the owner guarantees this. This room makes a great addition to our home!

Description of Work: Install heavy-duty front door with reinforced 3-prong door locks, triple-pane 3-panel living room window and bedroom window. Remove and haul away old door and windows.

Description of Work: Mark was on time. he told us what we should do to make our windows open and close a lote easier. we asked him how much we owed him and he replied no charge. we were very pleased and would use him again.We were happy to hear his company does more things then widowes and doors.

Description of Work: I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The owner called back and confirmed the time but never showed-up. He never followed-up either. I've since had the work scheduled to be completed elsewhere.

Description of Work: I purchased 11 double-hung vinyl windows., which were installed on 3/19/13. Mark Spencer (owner of Legacy Window and Door) came to my home to provide the estimate. He arrived at the scheduled time and provided me with detailed information and well as a list of references. The installer came a few days to do the measurements. The windows came in 2-3 weeks later and were installed the following week. There was only 1 man who came to do the installation, but he worked about 7 hours (without a break) to complete the job There was minimal cleanup after the job was done.. Mark returned the following week for the final inspection of the windows. I am well satisfied with the windows and the company.

Description of Work: I had previously written a review for this company. at the time of the review I may have given the company the credit they deserved because of a butterfly light they had broken and did not inform me. I must say that the dealings I had with Mark Spencer was very professional with no pressure to purchase. He gave me several choices of windows to purchase. As he started to pack up to leave. I decided to hire him on the spot. also I had to have some wood replaced which entailed removing a strip of the vinyl covering from a window. I called Mark to see if I could purchase a strip of vinyl not only did he get the strip for me he also offered to replace it at no cost, I found this to be very admirable since most companies want to charge for every thing. I would highly recommend this company.
