We spoke with Mark Spencer, the owner of the company and he took time to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with Mark and the fellows who did the installation of the door. We really like the way the the door blends in with the rest of the house. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Our experience was excellent - AAAA++++! Mark is extremely professional and completely sincere when he says that quality installation and product are Legacy's primary objective. The two crews we dealt with during two separate installations were excellent. They were prompt, courteous and conscientious. I initially met Mark at the Indianapolis Home Show where my husband and I were scouting out window vendors. Mark was the most low-key, professional window rep at the Home Show in our opinion. Part of that is due to the fact that Mark stands behind the belief that Legacy Windows are such a high quality product that they sell them selves and he doesn't have to be a high pressure salesman. He's right. The windows are a great fit, look beautiful and keep our house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer because of the film technology on the windows. They are extremely easy to clean. The This sounds silly, but I didn't realize how bad our old windows were until the new one's were installed -- they are so bright and shiney. Communication was also an excellent factor in these transactions. Legacy has been such a good company to deal with that we will probably continue our business with Legacy Windows through the purchase of two double patio doors for our house in the near future.

It was a very pleasant experience to do business with this company. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They provided a quote and answered all our questions promptly. After we placed our order, three of the windows were backordered by the manufacturer, but this was the only glitch in the entire process. Even though the three windows didn't arrive as planned, they still installed all the others on schedule and then came back on another day to install the last three. The windows are good quality and the installation was professionally done. With the old windows, there was always a noticeable drafty feeling in the house, but that has since disappeared and now the house is much more comfortable and better insulated. We are also very pleased with the sliding glass door, which is much better quality than our previous door. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of the materials. I would definitely do business with this company again.

The owner came and gave us a quote. He got mad at us when we didn’t sign the papers. The quote amount was for $3400 for twelve windows. The experience was good. It went well except for the fact that the owner got mad at us for not signing the papers. We will not use his services again in the future.

I thought the install would take 1 day - it took 2. Mark Spencer (the owner) was responsive and professional. The door looks and operates great!

The contractor arrived early morning and stayed all day (until about 9:00 p.m.) to complete the job in one day. It was a very, very long day for both him and me but it was well worth it to get it completed the same day. I LOVE my new windows, especially the picture window in my living room -- it is simply gorgeous. The new windows make my house look like it had a fact lift. I couldn't have imagined they would look as beautiful as they do. The price was very competitive for the type of window I chose. I did a great deal of comparison shopping before choosing Legacy Windows. I selected Legacy Windows mainly because of the owner, Mark Spencer and the quality and price of the windows. I met Mark at a patio and garden show and found him to be sincere and trustworthy. My first impression of him proved to be a lasting one. I would definitely use them again for future business and refer them to others.

We met Mark at the Home Show at Conseco Fieldhouse this spring. After discussing our needs with Mark, an appointment was made for the following day. Mark arrived on time and again clearly explained his credentials and background in the industry, both on the selling and manufacturing side. He was very detailed in explaining and documenting the quality of the windows, their features and benefits and all that would be involved with an install. Mark was very patient and answered all our questions. He measured our windows and worked up a quote on the spot. His approach was very professional and low key. There was no high pressure which we greatly appreciated. He encouraged us to review his proposal and to seek out others. A week later we contacted Mark to move forward with our project. After putting down a deposit Mark kept us updated on the order process and expected delivery. Mark called when the windows arrived, an installation date was set within the week and the install completed as promised. The installation crew did a great job inside and out. After completion there wasn't a sign they had been there, the old windows were gone and inside and out cleaned up. We are very happy with our new windows. Dealing with Mark and his company was a very pleasurable experience. We were dreading the process of getting new windows and the high pitch pressure we were expecting. I highly recommend Legacy Window and Door to everyone in the market. We will be contacting Legacy this fall to finish the front of our home. AAA+++

I couldn?t speak more highly about them. They are incredible in terms of professionalism and doing what they said. They haven?t installed them yet so we?ll see how that goes, but they have been great through the ordering process and up till now. Mark did an incredible job with the quote; he was detailed, he was knowledgeable about the product, and he showed up with samples. He left no question unanswered. He got here on time every day and he was a good and responsible guy. The value is incredible; we have compared multiple companies for prices and he was the best by far.

After talking with many window vendors at the home show, we selected 3 vendors to get estimates from. Legacy carries windows from 2 manufacturers. The owner, Mark Spenser gave us an estimate at the end of March. We selected Legacy for a number of reasons. #1 - We were impressed with Mark's knowledge of his product and not just merely "selling" it. We had done our homework and prepare a list of questions that we felt were important. Mark addressed all of those questions without us having to even ask. #2 - Mark presented a very low key sales approach and did not attempt a "hard sell". #3 - Mark noticed that there was a feature of the vinyl window that I didn't care for so he offered to sell us windows from the second line that I liked much better for the same price. #4 - One of the major reasons that we chose Legacy was that Mark freely shared a list of satified customers that he encouraged us to contact. I did contact two customers who were delighted with the windows and the company. After we decided to place the order with Mark he kep us updated on a weekly basis before the windows arrived. Installation Day - Mark's installer (and brother-in-law) James arrived at about 10:30 on the designated day. By 7:30 that evening James had all of the windows installed including the exterior cladding. He was pleasant and professional and really knows his business. James also replaced some exterior claddng on our Atrium door at no additional charge and hauled off and old pair of shutters along with the old windows. On installation day, Mark also came over to check on the progress and to see if we had any additional questions.

I didn't actually ask him to do the work. My husband was the one who interacted with him when he came. My husband seemed okay with the man. He gave us a fancy report and everything. We just decided that we could do the job a lot cheaper by ourselves. He was very nice. They were too pricey, and he didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the specific storm window that we wanted. He was going to get more info about the windows, but he didn't get back to us. He gave us a little folder that was very nice. He seemed professional, but he didn't seem to be as knowledgeable as I would've expected.

Product is very good. Mark Spencer is extremely professional and very good at keeping customer up to date on window arrival and updates. Crew who installed worked hard and did a very good job installing and were very nice to have in house. Only issue was the crew was not very clean about shoes in house and cleaning up after themselves. We have a deck full of items that need to be cleaned up. Also, they were on a deadline and worked until 11 pm. at night while my children were trying to sleep and it was too loud. Next day they worked late in pm also. Very happy with product and company. Just wish they could have been a little more convenient and neater.

From our first contact with Legacy at the Atlanta New Earth Festival thru their visits to our home for pricing, measuring and installation, it was a completely enjoyable experience. Mark Spencer was knowledgeable of the product and procedure and we never once felt pressured or uncomfortable in anyway with the company or people involved. The gentlemen who measured and installed the windows were professional and friendly. We never once felt uncomfortable having anyone from this company in our home. Everyone of them were courteous and even went so far as to remove their shoes at our front door. The installation went flawless and was completed in one day to our surprise and satisfaction. This is a great company who we would highly recommend for your door and window needs.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The owner gave me a quote the day after he came, and the installer was able to do the job in just a few days. My other door had a leaky glass and I wanted it replaced right away. They were very responsive and even cleaned up all the mess from the work being done. I couldn't be happier.

We met Mark Spencer from Legacy Window and Door last year at the Morgan County Fair. We were impressed right away with the amount of information he was able to give us. Most of the other companies represented at the fair would not even give us a ballpark price or commit to a date to come give us an estimate. Mark came to our home about a week or so later. We were again impressed by the respect he showed by taking off his shoes when entering our home. He explained his product to us and made some recommendations on the best windows for our home. He did not put any pressure on us to buy, we felt very comfortable around Mark. I was worried that it was going to be expensive since our windows are not a standard size. However, we were not charged extra. I thought their prices were very reasonable. Mark even explained to us how to claim the energy efficiency tax credit. They did a very good job with the install, and cleaned up their mess. We had a problem with one window due to a defect with the house, not the window. It only took one phone call, they came back to our house, took the window completely out, and put it back in, fixing the problem. I was very impressed that they took the time to make sure everything was right and that we were satisfied. I love my new windows. We had old metal windows that would ice up in the winter. It was wonderful this year to not have that problem. The windows are high quality, and the installation is great. It looks great on the inside and out. Our first experience with Legacy Window and Door went so well, that we had them back out this year to replace our front door and basement windows. Once again, Mark was very courteous and explained his products without any pressure. He was very knowledgeable about his products and made good suggestions to help us select a beautiful new front door. The second installation went as well as the first. The installers worked very hard all day with barely taking a break. We have been very impressed with the quality of the products and service from Legacy Window and Doors. I have heard a lot of replacement window horror stories, and was nervous about purchasing windows, but our experience has been wonderful. We’ve been telling everyone we know about this company, and would recommend them to anyone!!!

I met Mark at a festival, saw his product and was interested as I had been wanting to enclose our front porch for many years. I sent him pictures of the porch, he gave me a quote, then came out, explained how the conversion would be, as well as showing me what the windows and doors would look like and how they would work, making our porch weather-tight. A few days later his installer called, then came to the house to measure. The conversion itself took 2 days to complete as the installer was very precise and methodical. We are extremely pleased with the conversion. After we installed carpeting, added furniture, and decorations, my old, drab front porch is now a beautiful new room for us to enjoy all year around instead of just in the warmer months. I would highly recommend this company for porch conversions.

We met Mark Spencer at the Indianapolis Home and Garden Show and told him about our situation where we needed to replace a door due to condensation between the glass. He told us about his product and agreed to come and check out our situation. He did so several weeks later, explained in detail what they would do and why we needed to go with a good quality door. He answered all our questions. The door was ordered and was delivered as promised. The entire process only took a few hours. We have been very pleased with the great improvement this has made. We thought Mark was always professional. He returned calls if he was unavailable to take a call and was great to work with!

I met Mark Spencer at Home Show and liked his presentation. Checked around and received other estimates but was not impressed with their presentation. Legacy was not the cheapest but I decided to go with them. Mark's formal presentation at my home definately convinced me. James arrived on time and took all the measurements. Mark said the windows would arrive at their warehouse for inspection in about 4 weeks. They did and job was scheduled. James and John arrived on time and began removing old windows. All windows and patio doors were installed in one (1) day. They returned the following day and finished sealing inside and outside. They cleaned up the mess and left. All in all, a very painless process.

The overall process went smooth. Mark, owner, provided a competitive estimate for the windows. He also provided references and other credentials to reaffirm the quality of the company's work. James, lead carpenter, came to the house a few days later to take exact measurements so the windows could be ordered. Approximately one week later, the windows had arrived and James and I scheduled an installation date. James had the windows installed in one day. As a side note, I thought I removed all the furniture, window coverings, and other items that would be a nuisance to the window installation. James went one step further in removing some fragile artwork from the walls and glass plates propped upon kitchen cabinets. I found that to be very thoughtful and considerate.
