Lee Supply Corp – Carmel

My poor elderly mother's home is somewhat neglected for a long time. I was afraid that her very old 25yr old sump pump will broke down and flood her basement. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. Even though compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best price for the needed parts, best estimate and honest plumber. Thanks to Angi's members referrals, I found so many extraordinary compassionate and trustworthy service providers. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Out of the 2 dozen referrals, luckily, I found the best company, 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, and the owner Brandon who is honest and trustworthy gave me the best estimate to help out my poor elderly mother and Trustee Debbie. I'm from Fishers and I live nearby the plumbing supply company. Plumbers highly recommended the Bradford White and PHCC sump pump for longevity, but I was very disappointed with the small plumbing supply company in Fishers because they do not carry those best products. I found out from professional plumbers that the Lee Plumbing supply company is the best place because they carry largest selection of plumbing appliance and parts. I was very surprised that Lee Supply Corp is a big and reputable company with many locations. Since I'm from Fishers, I decided to deal with Lee Supply Corp in Carmel. When I explained to the salesman on the phone that this project is for my poor elderly mother and the compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie will help her out using the donation funds, I asked him for the best pricing, I was very grateful that he was willing to get an authorization from his manager Joel to help out for this project. The salesman is knowledgeable and he agreed with the plumbers' recommendations that Bradford White and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I was grateful and moved by compassionate manager Joel to authorize better pricing to help out my poor elderly mother and compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie. I ordered the parts and when I picked up the parts, I was very impressed with their very beautiful and huge showrooms and warehouses. The staff gave personal care and has a very friendly atmosphere. Thanks to compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie, honest and trustworthy 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling owner, Brandon and his hardworking crew, and compassionate manager Joel of Lee Supply Corp, because they became my mom's guardian angels that made this project completed successfully. Truly, this project was my mother's best present in her life.

I LOVE Lee supply. We have a small house with 30 year old appliances that were sized for a remodeled kitchen 30 years ago. I had no idea that new appliances were going to need to fit in not-so-standard openings. The freezer in particular was going to be a big problem because gas lines from the furnace protrude in front of the freezer door. So I put it off as long as I could to replace these until the electric cook top fused a circuit, the dishwasher kept pouring water onto the floor ( and the repair person just laughed and said he had never seen a dishwasher that old), and the freezer was also leaking. I first went to Lowes but no one had time to talk to us. Then I talked to an appliance store whose repair department has been great but at least over the phone, the sales people not so much. Then I had the recommendation of Lee Supply, and was a lucky thing that was! Kim, the sales person is so nice, informative, strategic and careful. She came up with exactly the right appliances that would fit each challenging situation. She understood what I wanted in a cook top and, after she demonstrated the pros and cons in the show room, we decided that an induction cook top, although more expensive, would be almost as good as cooking with gas, and far better than another electric cook top. She also helped me make the best choice for price and features for the other appliances. She also emailed the specifications for the appliances to me so I could use them for measurements. The other very best part were the installers. When they put in the dishwasher, they studied the specifications and measured the cut out for the cooktop to make sure I was going to purchase the one that could be installed on the custom cabinet. Then before I ordered the freezer, the installers came out again, and using the specifications for the freezer I had in mind, they once again determined that they could get the old one out and the new one in. So they just now put in the new freezer. They were so nice and it all went in so easily. Everything is completely great. No gas lines were broken in the process. I have been fretting for years that these problems couldn't be solved without major remodeling, but with Kim's help and the wonderful installers' experienced eyes, it has all worked out perfectly. I am so thankful that everything worked out so well. If I had gone with Lowes or with the other appliance store I am sure it would have been a gigantic mess. My only regret is that I waited so long, but that was mostly because I was sure that replacing the appliances was going to be a giant hassle. I do not care that this was probably a little more money than Lowes.....because the performance of the appliances and the service has been so valuable. Purchasing new pans for the induction cook top is not a big deal if you go to the Target. All in all, this has been just great. We will definitely purchase a new kitchen sink from them and, if our refrigerator bites the dust someday-- hopefully not!--I won't be going anywhere else to make the purchase.

Ordered new appliances and paid in full and was told they would be delivered in a couple of months. They were delivered but Lee Supply has persisted in generating numerous fraudulent invoices of varying amounts and harassing me via email and postal mail. Multiple calls to multiple "managers" at Lee Supply were fruitless as NONE of them have ever called me back with one of them actually being reassigned/fired just recently. Now they get to deal with the State Attorney General's office and my lawyer.

After repeated calls to this place during a 10 hours period the rude receptionist kept transferring me to the “Showroom” for assistance. No one ever picked up and on the numerous calls. Very difficult to understand why any business would avoid sales calls. Guess they don’t need my business. We went elsewhere I bought a new appliance from a very accommodating competitor.
