They refused to provide the service I paid for.
Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon from this provider and they refused to provide the service. I called multiple times over the period of a few weeks and left several message but the provider never returned my calls or provided their promised services. Groupon also contacted the company in an attempt to get them to provide the service with no success. I was eventually refunded by Groupon.
