It didn't. When I called to set it up (they've done it for us in the past), I was told the account was marked 'do not service', but the phone operator couldn't tell why. Said she'd check and return the call with an explanation, but I never heard from them. Last year, a 'bubble' was created during the cleaning process, and they didn't do anything about it other than to send a guy out to look at it. Didn't think it was their fault so I called the installer who was glad to come out and re-stretch the room. No expense to Langenwalter, but this must be the reason they decided not to continue with us as a customer.

Fabulous carpet cleaning. They aren't cheap, but they are well worth the money! The scheduled quickly arrived promptly with a phone call in advance removed Every Stain form my carpets and made them look actually better than new. Efficient service - my whole house done in about two hours. I will never go with another carpet cleaner!

I have never had carpets cleaned since moving in in 1999. They look awesome. Jay was very friendly and did an amazing job. Very thorough.

Jason was on time, called first, explained everything well, did a fabulous job and talked just the right amount.

Jay was within his time window and called to confirm his exact time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He did his best to give an economized estimate. He performed cleanly - was in and out in about 2 hours.

Removed many stains. Carpets (except area rug) all look great.

Great communication - from office scheduling to Chris letting me know he was AHEAD of schedule! Used care in making sure floor, corners, woodwork, etc. was protected from hoses, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Carpets look great.

I have a dog undergoing chemotherapy and needless to say - my carpets have taken a beating. The representative was very professional - showed up on time, gave me a detailed quote. He had to come back a second time because there were some pretty stubborn stains but by the time it was finished the carpet looked (and smelled) much better. I am satisfied.

Dakota performed estimate and cleaning. Took extra care on pet areas. Results were flawless!
