They showed up within a couple of hours of being called and worked very hard well into the wee hours. They were very professional, knowledgable and diligent in fixing the problem.

Steve called to le us know he was on the way. As always, he did an excellent job! Carpets look like new.

From the beginning of the transaction, everything went beautifully. The office receptionist was very pleasant and efficient when I called to schedule the appointment. The technician, Ryan, called ahead to let me know that he was on his way and he was on-time for the scheduled appointment. Ryan was very pleasant to talk to and he did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet and furniture. I also received a follow-up call from the office to ensure that I was satisfied with the service that had been provided. I have used Langenwalter in the past and they are by far the BEST carpet cleaning service I have ever used.

They were able to get out some pet stains and odors. Also were able to get out a spot made by gum on a shoe that I could not get out. Was impressed that they put bumper guards on my woodwork. Carpet needed to dry for 24 hours, but they put foam pads underneath the furniture. They did a very professional job. I would definitely call them again. So superior to most carpet cleaning companies.

I have been very pleased with them and the people we have had out here. They got some stains out we didn't think they would get out. One of them was a paint stain.You can see a slight tinge, but it is not noticeable. That is tough, and they did a great job.They can be hard to schedule with. They get booked real quick. They were recommended by a neighbor. They are super friendly, they make sure they always have their feet covered when they come in, they are just great.

Excellent work for mt 1,800 sq. ft. home. I've used them numerous times. Always an excellent, A+++ job. I have pets and the carpet cleaner takes great care of issues on the carpet from them. The price isnt rhe lowest around, but the quality is very high. I will keep using them!
