It went very well. No complaints.
Description of Work: Exactly as advertised. Arrived on time for an estimate. Willing to do the work then but I opted for a later appointment. Twenty-four hours before the appointment I received a reminder call. Also got a half-hour heads up on the appointed day. A detergent pre-spray was done. The actual whole-house carpet cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. Then a protectant and deodorizer was applied. Keith was both pleasant and efficient.

Description of Work: Only Langenwalter can clean my carpet. Their performance, professionalism and customer support is head and shoulders above the rest. The two technicians, Jay & John were absolute professionals. They are the best. Jay cleaned my carpet before.
