Description of Work: We used Langenwalter Carpet to clean the dining room, living room, and and bedroom in another house. They gave an estimate over the phone covering the size and number of rooms to be done. The bill was exactly what the estimate stated. They were able to schedule the work in just one week. The technician was on time and careful of the rooms (we had removed all of the furniture ourselves to save him time and to set aside small breakable items). It was close to miraculous in outcome. The carpets looked like new, especially near the entrance areas from the garage/kitchen to the dining room and from the front door into the living room. There were some stains that we thought could not be redeemed, like spills from Starbucks coffee, wine, fast food spills, hot chocolate, diet coke, and just foot traffic. We were wrong. They DID remove all stains. We had thought we might have to buy new carpeting or switch to a laminated wood floor due to the degree of stains. We will not have to do that. We would call them back in a minute. And they wear booties to protect your carpet/floors. The entire cleaning took only 1 hour from arrival to departure. You need to stay off the carpet for one day to allow for it to dry.
