I had used them in the past and they only charged me $95. They now have a minimum of $150, but my amount of carpet is way under the minimum. I have another house beside me, and I wanted to do both houses for that price of $150. They didn't want to wind up the hose and go to the house next to me. They wanted to charge me another $150 per house. Usually I only get charged $50 for my house because it is a small area of carpet, and the house next to me that we rent out is the same amount of carpet. I didn't see that for 10 minutes rolling up a hose that they would charge another $150. I thought they would still come out ahead doing both houses only 100 feet away. It's not like the other house is down the street or anything. I told the manger I will never use them again, but I felt like when they cleaned it in the past for $95, if they are going to charge me $150 I wouldn't mind paying that, but they would have to also do the house next door. I just think that was high for what I wanted to do. In the past, their quality was really good.

Outstanding from start to finish! I've used Langenwalters several times and always been pleased with their service. I had two chairs that my cat had gotten sick and stained. I had tried several products, but was unable to remove the stain. Langenwalters were very friendly and scheduled promptly, accommodating special scheduling requirements on my part. In addition to the chairs, they shampooed carpet in a bedroom, a hallway and two walk-in closets. I didn't expect them to be able to remove the stain on the chairs because it had sat so long, but I hoped they would be able to make it less noticeable. When they finished, there was no trace of the stain, and the carpet looked great as well. Their price of $150 was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to use them again.

It was a very good experience. He was very good, in fact I would definitely have him back as I had pet stains so he did a great job. He was punctual. I will definitely use him again.

We called Langenwalter to clean all the carpets in our new home before moving in. There were no noticeable stains or odors, but we wanted everything to be fresh. They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and they were very willing to provide an estimate over the phone for their services. When they arrived, the technician also did a quick in-home estimate before starting. The carpets look great. We will definitely call again.

Arrived as expected, very friendly and did a great job.

Jay contacted me ahead of time as planned. Suggested I use coupon so we decided on carpet cleaning as the add-on which only added $10 to the total cost. I could talk he was very experienced.

They came one day sprinkle stuff on it and then came back the next day and did it.

The only thing is and they caution me at first that the second time they have a hundred fifty dollar minimum and it includes so many square feet and she didn't think that I was with the two bedroom I was going to have that much but that was there and I was willing because I was so pleased with the first time I was willing to go a head and pay whatever they needed to do my floor, I probably wouldn't call them to come out do one room. They have a whole contraption that they have to drag in and I was more than willing to pay the hundred and fifty dollars for my two there nice size room but it wasn't the full amount that they normally get, but it was more than worth it.
