We did receive increased activity and ended up finding a couple that wanted to rent for 18 months. Kyle and his team helped negotiate the lease and we are receiving rental income to cover our mortgage and buy us piece of mind for 18 months where we hope the real estate market turns around.

His fair but competitive price sold the house in less than 60 days, and in a very difficult market. Kyle was very honest in evaluating our existing home and suggesting improvements that were not too costly. We sold our existing house in this not so great market within 2 months.
