John and Wes were on time and couldn't have been more professionally friendly and courteous. John patiently listened to me share information -that he probably didn't need - about the attic and access and answered all of my questions and concerns. He even watched out for things that I hadn't thought of. As they put in the insulation, I was working in my home office and actually felt the temperature drop on a day that was summer hot! Also, the office was very accommodating to my schedule as I juggled roofers and city street construction going on right in front of my house! All-in-all an easy experience at a good price!
