It went very well. This seemed to be a relatively straightforward job for him with his experience. It took him about an hour and half to complete the job, including figuring out how to feed the wires down each side without trashing the drywall. He was very professional and I would certainly use him again.

I was wanting to get Direct TV and had questions that no one at Direct TV could answer. I contacted Keith by phone and he told me that he no longer was doing that kind of work but said he would try and answer any questions I had. I did not want to take his time up since he was not gong to do any work or get paid. He told it was fine and spent about 15 minutes on the phone answering my questions. I ask for a recommendation from him and he gave me someone else that could do the work. Keith went well out of his way to help me. I would recommend him highly just from the conversation I have with him.

Keith did a wonderful job! He returned our phone calls promptly, came out to our home within a reasonable time period and did exactly what we asked with no problems or issues. We will be using Kleeco again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had installed a new flat screen and everything was fine until I pulled out everything to clean the carpets in our home. The new flatscreen was fuzzy and I became frustrated and wrote this company through Angie's List. They were back in contact with me in two hours as promised, coordinated with me to get to our house the same afternoon even if it was late on Friday. Kevin came and not only efficiently troubleshot the problem with the new flat screen, he reprogrammed all our remotes to work better getting rid of half of them, got satellite in another bedroom it wasn't in before, got satellite music routed to our outdoor system, and on and on. All this in two hours or less. Anything stereo, home entertainment, cable or television related I give him three thumbs up!! Exceeded my expectations by 200%.

I contacted KLEECO by phone and Keith returned my call within hours. I explained what I needed and he came to my home to assess the situation within a few days. I explained to him in layman terms what I wanted and he explained to me what needed to be done technically. He was very transparent regarding what was involved, the cost, and what I needed. He also provided options for upscale systems as well but I wanted just the basics for now. He subsequently provided a written, detailed proposal/quote which included all the equipment (including an audio bar). The install was scheduled at a mutually convenient time for which he was prompt. It required about 4 hours from start to finish and the result is excellent. Keith is the type of person you want in your home as he is trustworthy and an expert in the field.

All I can say is....WOW! Not only has the end product exceeded my expectations, but Keith has earned me as a long standing customer. While his prices seemed fair, he more importantly was flexible, punctual and dedicated to the job. Here is my quick story: We recently purchased a new home. The home already had the wiring and speakers for whole home surround. It also had a great space in the basement to put in a full home theater. Prior to moving in, we wanted the home theater and other equipment installed. Keith came highly recommended from other Angie's List customers. He initially came out and walked through with me all our needs. This included being the "point person" for integrating all this equipment and setup into a DirectTV and high speed internet installation (which had not been done yet). After going back and forth a little on the quote (mainly to appropriately size my equipment to my needs), Keith got to work. The total time Keith spent on the job from start to finish spanned several days. He was able to promptly get all the equipment within a matter of days from when the contract was signed. During one of his days "on the job", we had the installers from DirectTV, as well as the installers from Brighthouse for the internet/WIFI show up at the same time. Thank goodness Keith was there! We suspected that the installers would have some "issues/questions" on how to integrate all the wiring/etc. into the overall system. Keith was my point man to direct, show and in many cases actually "do" the install! (especially on the DirectTV side) He made sure ALL of my DirectTV connections throughout the house were good. Hard to even put a value on that......I didn't have to worry about anything. As I previously indicated, the end result was nothing short of amazing. I love the products that were installed, as well as the ease that Keith handled everything. In my experience, a small amount of vendors truly understand good customer relations. Keith "gets it". Even post install, Keith is happy to answer any odd ball question that comes up as I'm getting used to my system. It's hard to buy service like that. Thank you Keith for your approach, demeaner, knowledge and dedication to your work....it certainly shows.

Keith was great to work with throughout the project. We wanted functionality with our system rather than an over-engineered/over-powered system for how we listen to audio or watch TV. Rather than oversell us on a solution that would be way in excess of what we needed (which several other companies did), Keith listened to us on how we were using our current configuration and what we wanted to do differently. He made recommendations that he thought would be a better fit for us which were much less expensive and easier to install than previous companies had recommended and estimated. Keith showed up when he said he would and called each day before he arrived. We were very pleased with Keith's work product and work ethic and especially with how clean he kept everything both during and after his work. He is very professional and a wealth of knowledge on wiring, installing, AV options, etc. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Keith and the work he did for us and would highly recommend him to other Angie's List members!

Keith was grat to work with, he did an estimate and started the work less than a week later. We discussed several options for the home audio system. He was not overly pushy and in fact recommended the Sonos system even though I wanted hard wired speakers. We couldn't be happier with the Sonos system. It has incredible versatility without breaking the bank. The outdoor speakers are equally incredible. He even built custom stands for the speakers. In addition to the outdoor speakers, he wired the patio to allow outdoor movies using an apple tv. We had some minor glitches and he was able to correct it within 24 hours. Finally, he installed a custom remote using my IPad. He ran into trouble with my TV, but again came up with a simple fix. We had trouble scheduling a time to get this fixed and even though we suggested he could come back in a few weeks he came that evening and fixed it within 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier and will definitely use Kleeco in the future.

Keith was professional and knowledgable in helping us find the best solution to update our current setup. (Technology changes a lot in a few years!) He was helpful in giving us options and honest about pricing and timing. He was prompt and friendly in answering questions and returning phone calls throughout the process. During the installation, Keith worked efficiently and independently and was never a disruption in our home. We are very pleased our updated home theatre and have not had any problems since the work was performed.

Keith was excellent from the first day. He was very knowledgable and provided us a quote within a few days. He was also very patient with all my questions (I am not very tech savvy, but my husband is) and made all the changes to our contract as I kept changing my mind. I gave him a B in price because he was not the cheapest quote we got. However, he is worth every penny, and the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely holds true here. He is quality work. And when you invest this much money, you want the best. I also gave him a B in punctuality because he was often running several hours late. In fact, It became a joke between us. I think the main reason for his tardiness was that he never rushed when he was on the job. So, I always understood and was flexible with my time when I knew he was scheduled to come over. Otherwise, Keith is A's across the board. Even though he is done with our project, he continues to provide us service. I call him often when I have questions about our media center. He is always responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. He takes pride in his work and will always be available if you should need him.. Other important factors I would compliment Keith in: he is organized, clean, and respectful to your home. I would recommend Keith without hesitation and would be happy to use him again..

Keith and Kleeco Audio Video were amazing from the beginning. Keith came out to help me design a new entertainment area for our basement. He listened to my vision, provided suggestions and input as to what would and wouldn't work. In a short period of time, he was able to produce a full quote for the scope of the work, including purchasing equipment and the labor to install it. Keith's prices were fair and the quality of the products he recommended were of the highest quality. Even when recommending high-quality products, Keith was willing to provide alternatives to find the right balance between cost and quality, which allowed us to move forward with the project. The entire installation took about one week. Keith was very courteous, organized, and clean while he was in our house. We stayed in constant communication so I could have input into major decisions about the final layout and installation of our system. If we ran into any issues Keith not only explained the issue, but provided solutions as well. The installation went above and beyond my expectations. The visible televisions (mounted) and speakers look and sound spectacular. The rack system is fully automated, but more importantly completely organized. Every wire is zip-tied and labeled (something not every A/V person does) which means if a problem ever arises, Keith will be able to easily locate and identify the problem. The iPad control system is intuitive and easy-to-use, which makes the entire system unintimidating. It's actually better than what I originally pictured. I am so happy I chose to hire Keith and Kleeco to do the work. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking to invest in any type of A/V or Home Theatre project.

We had just moversd into our new home that has a surround sound system and several built in TV's. Not one thong was operable because the previous owners had taken most of the equipment needed for operation. I first called Comcast for the tv portion but they did not want to spend the the time needed to make things operable,nor did they have the expertise . When I first contacted Keith he was at the Home Show but still got back with me. He was so knowledgeable and accessible .He spent many,many hours researching our system and then installing. Not to mention the time teaching us how to use and operate the equipment. I have called him since installation with questions and he so patient ! We would highly recommend Keith,and would never use anyone else in the future. We feel fortunate to have found Keithon Angie's List!

Keith asked good questions to determine what we wanted to accomplish and how we could use our existing equipment along with our new components to get the results we wanted. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and how the componenets would integrate. He offered suggestions along the way and when he was finished, he documented what he did and provided instruction.

Everything went very well on both visits. Arriving promptly, the owner installed our high def flat screen television and wasn't upset by some unexpected technical challenges posed by our quirky wireles system. He helped boost wireless reception to our family room. He later returned to install another television set and even helped speed up the warranty process.Everything went very smoothly and he will be,our top choice in the future.

I accepted Keith's bid and wanted him to use all his recommended equipment. He previously pointed out all the advantages of his mount. Keith is a very accommodating individual showed up on time, did all the work to my satisfaction. Everything looks great and I would certainly recommend Keith for any installation he offers.

This year Santa brought me great customer service for Christmas...what a refreshing change!! I have had an audio/visual system that my family has not been able to enjoy largely due to poor customer service in the past. I called Kleeco and I received a prompt return phone call and service. Keith was knowledgable, informative, honest, and polite. He explained everything he was doing. When I asked about additional services for the future he explained the wide range of service options as well as prices. He was not pushy. I felt like he really listened to what I was looking for, and his goal was to provide me with the information/services that would best suit our needs. In an age when good customer service is rare, I could not have been any more pleased with the service I received from Kleeco. I'm listening to Christmas music as I write this review thanks to Kleeco! I'm thrilled! I will without a doubt call him again in the future. I highly recommend this company for your audio visual needs!

I called Keith late Friday afternoon (12/16), he called me Saturday (12/17) and set an appointment for Monday (12/19). He mounted the tv Monday afternoon in about an hour using a pre-purchased mount I had bought from Costco (Keith also does sales and could have provided the mount - I just happened to have pre-purchased). Keith is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, professional and he works incredibly quickly. I asked him to let me know when he was going to lift the set into place so that I could assist (it weighs over 100 lbs and is awkward), then went back to working on my computer and when I looked back up - the tv was mounted on the wall and he was cleaning up. Wow! I really wish I had watched him do it ? because I honestly don?t see how it was even possible to do it w/ only 2 hands. This is a job I?m sure I could have completed on my own ? find a stud or 2 in the wall, attach the mount to the wall, attach the tv to the mount ? however, I?ve never done it and Keith has done it 100?s of times and is reasonable priced. I have a 1+ year old daughter running around the house and felt better about him doing it than doing it myself. I don?t need an expensive 100 lb tv coming crashing down with or without my daughter under it. Anyway ? I strongly recommend Keith and would certainly not hesitate to have him do additional work for me in the future. No subs, no hassle. He even used his own screws/nuts/bolts because he has seen stock mounting hardware fail in the past. Give him a call. Thanks again Keith!

I really enjoyed working with Keith. He is competent, professional and conscientious. When I asked questions, he took the time to answer them, and he explained things to me that I didn't ask about but needed to know. He seemed extremely well-versed in his trade and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of this type of service.

My wife and I have toyed around with the idea of getting a new audio system in our living room. We went to a few audio dealers, but they gave us the cold shoulder when they found out we only needed a small scale project.I found a good excuse to call Keith after our 18 month old dropped a few toys in my subwoofer. Keith kept me updated on the delivery of the components and came out and did a great job installing the system. He gave us a demonstration of how to use the equipment and followed up with how to use android and iPhone apps to control our system. The job was very professional and we really appreciated his personalized service. He treated our install no different than he would a high dollar install. Would definitely recommend this company and would use this service again.

I have struggled for years with complicated equipment and universal controls. Completely frustrated when I called Kleeco to repair an old item or to install new equipment, I am now enjoying every aspect of the new system Kleeco recommended and feel I have control of it instead of it having control of me! Kleeco owner, Keith Dodson, was reliable, enjoyable, trustworthy, and intelligent to work with. He was patient with me as I learned how simple a control system could actually be. I'm happy with everything and know when I call Keith with questions, he will respond promptly - because he always has. I hope Keith is around a long time, because I don't ever want to work with anyone else. The experience of working with him was just great from start to finish.
