Wonderful, very professional, will be using to wire/put in sound system in another home.

I am so glad I chose Kleeco to install and mount my tv along with the other work. Keith is very knowledgable and is going to make sure the job is performed properly. He made sure I understood how everything worked and was very patient. I was especially impressed when I had a problem a week later (not his fault), and he was at my house in less than an hour and made sure everything was in working order. We will definitely use Keith again. I would not consider using anyone else in the future. All I can say is AWESOME!

We had a crack in our television screen. I first called Kleeco for recommendations on repairs. After it was determined the problem couldn't be fixed, I worked with Keith on the appropriate size and weight of television for our set up. He gave me great advice, scheduled a time arrive and connected everything properly. His attention to detail is as much as appreciated as his technical abilities.

He did an excellent job. He was very up front about his availability, was very accurate with regard to his cost estimates, and did a great job doing the actual work. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was professional, yet personable. Will definitely use him again should the need arise. Very pleased with the work.

He installed a sound system using some of the hardware we already had here. He set up our gaming system a few weeks after he installed our Sonos system I would use him again if I had to.

Keith arrived right on time. He had all the necessary equipment with him. He greeted my large dog Dawson with kindness & was gentle with him. He had all the necessary equipment with him for the installation. He wall mounted a large flat screen TV in the bedroom & ran the cable to it. He left no mess for me to clean up. No wires/cables hanging anywhere. He demonstrated how to move the tv quite easily to any angle we wanted. He gave me an itemized bill, explaining the cost of items that were used for the installation. Keith is always very friendly & helpful. He explains things very thoroughly, but welcomes phone calls when necessary. This is our third time to use Klleco, will always highly recommend him to others.

KWe'd planned to have the work done several months ago, but had to delay it because of some unexpected issues (that had nothing at all to do with Kleeco). When we were finally ready to do the job, we reached out to Kleeco and had an appointment just a few days later. Our plan had changed a bit since we had originally talked about it with Keith, and we were so impressed that he took the time to recreate a plan that worked best for us and the layout of the room. He spent some time talking with us about exactly what the best plan would be, and then got to work. What is most impressive about Kleeco is that not only is the quality of the work absolutely top notch, but he is clearly a perfectionist and detail oriented. I cannot say enough good things about Kleeco and would strongly recommend Keith and his company!

In a word, "excellent". In 25 minutes, Kleeco completed work that Comcast either wouldn't or couldn't do. Comcast's response was either non-existent, pathetic, or insulting. Kleeco was the remedy. Despite their promise to arrive between 10 a.m. and noon on Monday 2/25/13 Comcast was a total no show. No call to explain -- zip. After a speaking to Comcast on the evening of 2/25, they promised a Comcast supervisor would come to our new home on Tuesday to see that the work was done properly. On Tuesday, no supervisor, just an Intellicom South sub-contractor who at first concluded there was no service anywhere in the house. After a visit to the pole he found that there was "service" in the house but he refused to do the 25 minutes of work it would take to connect the service properly. Ironically, the IntelliCom South contractor spent more time on the phone to his supervisor, than Kleeco spent connecting the service. At my suggestion Comcast's sub-contractor ran a wire diagonally across my family room floor to get Comcast phone service into the new home . So there was service in the house and all I asked was that the service be connected as promised by Comcast. The cobbled together Comcast solution of a wire across the furniture to the new flat screen TV did not include the HBO and Showtime I had before my move. In the multiple phone I initiated to Comcast Tuesday night, I worked my way through their robo-call system and "live" robo-chat line, Person #7 told me that my "install" was next calendared by Comcast for between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the following Saturday. So I called Kleeco (Keith Dodson) who came on an emergency basis the next day and completed the work Comcast was obligated to perform. It took exactly 25 minutes.

I am in the middle of finishing my basement. I needed someone to help me plan electrical and home theater wiring. I found Kleeco on Angieslist. At first I was a little apprehensive of paying 250.00 for just a two hour consultation. I looked up previous reviews of Kleeco, which were excellent, and then decided to go ahead. Keith came by the same day I called. He started asking what I wanted for the theater room. I told him I wanted to do most of the work myself. He then started describing everything I needed to do. I was truely impressed with his knowledge. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. He even texted me information where to find products. I had to write down as much as I could ,because there was so much information. Keith informed me I could contact him anytime if I had anymore questions. Since the consultation I have contacted Keith several times and he has responded instantly. When I get close to finishing I will definitely use Kleeco to set up the control system for the Theater room. It was $250 well spent.

I met Keith several months before my home construction started to provide a scope of work and get a cost estimate. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in all AV matters. I especially liked the fact that he was the one doing all the work. He worked together with my builder and cable guy to provide an awesome AV solution for the entire home. The 7.1 movie theater room is fantastic! He worked with me to find some creative and cost effective solutions so that I could stay closer to my budget. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, he's real tall and can probably switch out some lightbulbs for you ; )

Spoke on phone and sent blueprints. Met for a short but productive meeting at job-site. Keith offered many creative cost-saving ideas. Keith followed up immediately with a detailed quotation for a complete CAT6 and coax prewire for new construction. I'm the general contractor and interviewed three other firms before Kleeco who were underwhelming. This firm not only earned our business but have added so much "value added" to the project, working with the other trades that Kleeco have proven themselves a valuable partner to our project. First time that inspectors and other tradespeople called me to compliment and ask who did our low voltage prewiring because it literally looked like a work of art in the way Keith conscientiously fulfilled his contract. One contract of more to come. Kleeco and Keith Dodson has earned our most enthusiastic endorsement. P.S., one of my colleagues retained Kleeco as soon as they finished my job and is delighted as well. We are working with a professional here who rises head and shoulders above competing vendors.

We just moved into a home and found that although it was wired for entertainment, the wiring was not current. As a result there were cables hanging off the mantle that created not only an unpleasant look but also a hazard as we have two very young kids. Keith took the mantle apart and updated the wiring. We supplied the receiver and were supposed to supply the HDMI cable, but I had forgotten to purchase it. Keith quickly went and purchased the cable and installed it. The mantle looks amazing. It is clean, the speakers are operable and the house is coming together!

I called Kleeco based on reviews from Angies List. Keith was very responsive and quoted the project for me. Once I decided to proceed he gave me a schedule, ordered the equipment and installed accordingly. He trained me on the new system and has a great deal of patience. He wil extrememly knowledable and professional. I will certainly use him again in the spring to install some outdoor speakers. i would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Keith is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was on time and worked around our other contractors just fine. He provided suggestions to make the project work well and finished the project on time and as promised.

Three companies were contacted to supply bids for services. Kleeco was very responsive and explained options to improve what we had. The work went smoothly and the result is perfect for our needs. Keith was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly call Kleeco for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Keith was prompt in his reply to my phone call. He was able to come over to the house and straighten out a complete mess that Best Buy and Comcast techs had made of my stereo and large screen TV. He removed about a dozen wires that they had installed, and replaced it with a digital cable that gives me a better picture and sound, and he was able to get my center channel and subwoofer working in tandem with the speaker on my TV, which the Best Buy tech said wasn't possible. I liked Keith's low-key approach. He seemed interested in learning a bit about how my wife and I watch TV...suggesting I might like a Blu-Ray DVD player, then withdrawing the idea when I mentioned that we rarely watch DVD's at home. He discovered our old DVD player wasn't working, (hence the suggestion about the Blu-Ray) and I thought I was going to go buy a new DVD player and figure out how to hook it up myself later. When I remembered I had one down in our basement that would serve the purpose, he gladly hooked that one up and now we have a DVD player for the rare instance we need one, and we can also watch old VCR tapes on that same unit through the system....something the Comcast and Best Buy techs both said wasn't possible. Well, guess what....it is. I've really had bad luck with Best Buy's Geek Squad and Comcast's tech people as I mentioned. I decided to go with somebody that I thought would have proper experience, and Keith sure seems to know his stuff. I plan to call him back in the future when we upgrade our TV/Stereo equipment.

Keith is remarkably dedicated to delivering a fantastic product. Our setup wound up with several technical glitches that were clearly not Keith's doing, but he was tireless in researching solutions and made multiple, no-charge return trips to our house to get the system right. In the end he replaced our screen with an identical new one and when we were still not satisfied he wrote a check to refund it and installed a different screen we purchased separately from a new vendor. He replaced two sets of HDMI cables to try and solve what we are both convinced is a glitch in the cable box not directly related to his installation. Pricing is a little on the high side but he delivers. Fantastic to work with post-install - answers questions via phone, email, text all hours of the day and night.

Keith was always prompt in returning work estimate quotes, setting and keeping appointments and offering follow-up time if needed. He was most knowledgeable about what he was doing, was very neat and precise in his work, and took pride in completing the project within the time allocated. He took the time to answer questions and provided a mini in-service on the new tv and blu-ray machines. I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family for related work. I will also be using Keith in the future as other sound system needs arise. I give him an A plus for his integrity, work ethic and skilled craftsmanship.

Keith Dodson, owner came to my house last winter and bid the job. I delayed the job and contacted Keith agian in Oct. for an updated quote. His prices did not increase, but I did make minor changes. Once I was satisfied with my equipment choices I scheduled the work. Keith worked alone, was very tidy, professional and pleasant. He removed the 2 bad speakers, installed 5 new in ceiling speakers and a subwoofer, connected a new receiver and all the other equipment. He installed 2 Blueray DVD players. He programmed my iPad with a application that controls my home theater and also speakers in my den. He worked 10 hours straight to finish the job in one day. The iPad application works great. I've had a few questions and has been very responsive via text and phone calls. I am very pleased with the results.
