I initially contacted Keith a little over a year ago for a theater room consultation. I had contacted him several times after the consultation with questions. He always answered all my questions and said to contact him again if I had anymore. You can read my previous review about the consultation on Angieslist. I wired everything to a media room just as he told me. I had already installed my speakers in the wall and ceiling. I contacted him about setting up an appointment, but I still needed to order and install the projector screen. He told me of another installer that sold the same screen I was looking for. I ordered it through them and saved a lot on shipping. I installed the screen a few days before Keith came out. Keith installed and configured everything in one day. Everything works flawlessly. Everything is run from an iPad. My wife, who is terrible with anything electronic, found the iPad extremely easy to operate. My kids can operate it with no problem. With his programming it will turn on all the components and dim or shut off the sconce and ceiling lights. All I can say is we are extremely happy and wouldn't think twice about calling Keith about any changes in our Home Theater, sound system, or computer networking.

This is my second review for Keith. My first one was when he originally put in and designed the theater / sound system back in mid 2012. Well....had an experience that I hope no one else has to ever go through....our house was struck by lightning back in October 2013. Luckily it didn't hit the house, but it hit the ground near the house and traveled underground up through our cable line. The good news is that the house didn't burn down, or suffer any significant physical damage. The bad news....well......every piece of electronics in the house died. The home theater system, Sonos, all speakers throughout the house, 10 TVs, all accessories attached to the TVs (xBox, DVD players, etc.), and all power systems supporting all of these systems. I called Keith and he came out almost immediately (within a couple of days) to evaluate. It was one of the worst lightning strikes he'd ever seen. I believe he told me that it was probably the second worst one he'd ever witnessed. After he evaluated everything, we put a plan together to document everything for insurance purposes. He was unbelievable, in that he ordered everything that was needed, and was back out at the house in only about another week to get to work. We actually had already planned a family vacation, so the timing was perfect. He worked at the house for almost a week to replace and rebuild everything. By the time we got home, everything was fixed! It was amazing. Keith also worked with me to certify and document the damage. There ended up being no pertinent questions from my insurance company, and they fully reimbursed me for his work. Keith again pulled off superior work! ---------------- I also want to comment on his continual follow-up. There have been a few small pieces of equipment that have failed over the past couple of years. (before and after the lightning strike). They have all been under warranty. Keith has ALWAYS come back out immediately to replace the piece in question. No extra charge, no questioning, etc. Just great customer service. He lives his mantra of QUALITY over quantity. He wants customers for life.....and for me....he's got it. There have even been times when I've forgotten some way to connect things up or having to reboot something. All it takes is a friendly text to Keith......most times he responds within the hour....(many times much sooner than that). Sometimes with a return text.....most times with a call back to my cell. Again....WOW. When dealing with high end A/V equipment you certainly want someone you can count on and trust. Keith....in my opinion.....is that person for you.

Keith did an excellent job, from start (estimate) to finish, and has been extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He is obviously quite knowledgeable, and really knows his business inside and out. You might pay a bit more to have him do your work, but in the end it is worth it in support and lack of headaches.

A year ago Kleeco installed surround speakers and an iPad remote for my home theater system. It worked great until I switched my internet/phone/TV provider and my iPad remote no longer worked. I called Keith and he was able to come right away. He reprogrammed my iPad remote, updated the software, checked all the TVs and updated the DVD players. Keith is very professional, polite and tech savvy. Believe me, I've used other geeks and have been terribly disappointed. I'll never call anyone else.

Mr. Dodson not only installed our sound components, and helped upgrade the television system, he made himself available to the television service provider, to help them with the upgrade, as the wiring in our home was unusual.... Everything functions perfectly.. Mr. Dodson was very professional, neat, and spent a great deal of time planning ahead of the installation, to make sure things would be easy for the actual installation... We would highly recommend using KLEECO....

I contacted KLEECO on Monday the 25th. Keith responded quickly and was able to come out around noon on the 27th. Keith was very knowledgeable and professional, helping to evaluate my built-in system, make recommendations, and connect my receiver to the system. He identified that one of my volume controllers was faulty and he replaced it on-site. I was very pleased with his work.

He is always punctual. He is rather expensive but does excellent work. He is always able to schedule me within a day or two of my call.

The overall experience was top quality. Although there were a few unusual complications that occurred during the install, Kieth offered solutions and ensured that my expectations were exceeded. Kieth takes pride in his work and stands behind everything he does. Besides being a top notch technician, he is also a good person with a strong desire to do what is right. He was very collaborative and answered all the questions I had about future Home Theater ideas I want to pursue in the future and offered to work up a quote for them based on his understanding of my layout so I would have an idea of what it would cost when I was ready to have it done, and never pressured me to have more work done than I wanted. While I didnt receive the quote, I will absolutely use him for future work that I will have done.

AWESEOME! We had a big box store give us a quote of $499. we knew that was too much and found Keith on Angie's list. His bill was $165!!!! He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable....everything you want in a professional AV company. So glad we found him. We will never again use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Keith arrived on time for every appointment and did what he promised. He installed the new projector and new sound sytem and demonstrated how to use. He tested the calibration of sound and made adjustments to get optimal viewing and listening. The additions and adjustments have made the theater better than when it was new and has made that room of house one of our favorites again. The process went so well that we had him do some work at another property that we own in Brown County again with great results. Would highly recommend anyone looking to install whole house sound and home theater.

Everything went smoothly as expected. Even though complete control change took place we were never without ability to watch our favorite programs. Keith always does a great job and leaves thing much better than when he started. He has done several upgrades for us and we will continue to recommend.

Keith is awesome. He is extremely responsive and does a great job. He quickly diagnosed our issue and offered several solutions. He is trustworthy and knowledgable. I left Keith at our house while I picked up kids from school. When I returned, the house looked like he had never been there. He put all items nicely back on our mantel and fully cleaned up. We would absolutely use Keith again and recommend him to others.

Keith was fantastic. I called because I need internet service in my home and despite the fact that Kleeco doesn't offer the service itself, Keith took the time to help me understand my options and advise me on what is most appropriate for my needs. Thank you, Keith!

This was the second time we used this company, this experience was as great as the first. Arrived, LISTENED to what we wanted, informed us as to what was the best for us, completed the work, made sure we completely understood the operation of the system which is of course key to enjoyment, left instructions on what to do in case of power failure. Was very patient with questions. In addition left instructions on how to add additional units if necessary. Fantastic service and very easy to work with. Would recommend

We had an excellent experience. We have used KLEECO before and have found them to be very knowledgeable about home audio and theater systems. Service is prompt and they are willing to spend as much time as you need learning your new system. Overall, I would characterize KLEECO pricing as good given the quality of the service. Keith is very honest. He told us upfront that we would be better off buying the TV we wanted directly from a national competitor because he would not be able to meet their pricing. This was after he spent the time walking us through the differences between Plasma, LED and projection TV options.

This complicated, unorthodox project went ridiculously well once I decided to call Keith! Let me give you a little backstory... I bought a large motorized comfortvu TV mount to lower my 65 inch plasma over my fireplace (see www.comfortvu.com for a picture of the thing) which was quite a big, unusual animal. The mount itself weighed about 45 pounds or so and the TV weighed about 70. When lowered over the fireplace, it puts significant weight on the bolts securing the mount. To boot, the studs over my fireplace are uneven and my studfinder/hammer and nail findings for where to mount didn't make any sense. So I went to Angie's List for help. I wanted to get someone who would be comfortable and confident that they could mount it correctly. The first service I contacted, Indy TV mount, told me that no motorized mount exists that can hold the weight of the plasma. I then explained that I bought a specialized mount that actually could accomplish that. After some convincing, they finally relented and said that such a thing might exist, but there is no way they could insure the service if they were to do it. Not very confidence inducing, given that I paid 2k for the mount and 3.5k for the TV! So I called another Angie's List recommended service. I forget the name of the business, but a guy named Jeff came out too look at the mount and the wall above the fireplace. He was very nice and indicated that yes, this project is complicated but he thinks it can be done and would send me a quote. In a couple days, I got the quote for $1400. After some discussion he dropped the quote to around $750. Still a little high I thought, so I decided to call for a second opinion. So...I called Keith. He ended up stopping by to take a look a couple of hours after I called him. Within a few minutes, he had my stud issue figured out. Within a couple of hours, he had the mount up on the wall, rewired an outlet for us and ran cables in the wall from my receiver to the new TV! All this for around $300 (1/5 of the initial quote from the other guys who would actually take on the job!). The final job looked perfect. He even stayed to clean up afterwards. It really couldn't have gone better! I've had the mount up now for 8 months with no issues. It looks sharp and secure. I'd absolutely recommend Keith for any home entertainment job, especially complicated ones as he handled this quickly and with confidence. I will be using him again for future services.

Keith is professional, patient and customer friendly. He mounted the flat screen, then set up up the receiver and hooked all of our accessories up within the closet for a clean look within our family room. Keith was at the house 8 hours, longer than he expected the job to take (no extra charge), however the length was more than likely our fault as we asked a lot of questions on how to work the new set up. Keith stayed and continued to explain the process until he felt comfortable we understood how to work the system. After our first night with the "new" system, we had a few tweaks that we desired and Keith came over the next day (no extra charge), made the tweaks and again stayed until he knew we were comfortable with the set up. Professional throughout and friendly. We had 3 visits from Keith (visit for quote, day of work and return visit for tweaks), each time Keith showed up when he said he would and when running 5 minutes behind, gave a quick call to let us know. Will absolutely use KLEECO and Keith again.

We were very pleased with the work and service that Keith provided. He always provides full detail on the extent of the problem and needed repair, full cost explained and documented, and he is always very thorough and professional in all of his work. We will continue to call on Keith because of his work ethic and quality of work.
