It went incredibily well. We purchased the prodcuts we wanted and Keith came and did the installation. We couldn't be more pleased.

Keith did an excellent job. He was thorough in his assessment/estimate and was the only individual representing a company that took the time to explore all aspects of the installation. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend Kleeco to anyone.

Serviceman took the time to listen to details of existing problems for troubleshooting purposes on TV, VCR, and DVD player in our great room, non of which had been in working order for around six months. He explained the problems he found when troubleshooting, and recommended new parts be installed. He explained the different parts prices and their benefits, especially the user friendly benefits. We agreed he would return next day to install the parts. He arrived at the exact agreed upon time. He installed the above items, then found another problem with the cable modem. He contacted the cable company to arrange for a modem exchange. After the new modem was installed, he called the cable company again to explain the need for a home service call by a cable tech to fix a small existing problem on their end. We are now enjoying our large screen TV very much.

Keith did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone! He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and was a complete professional. The job required Keith to work under my house by way of the crawl space and while he was down there he also hooked up my dryer vent which had became disconnected. In addition, while moving my thermostat, Keith pointed out a concern about how my furnace was vented and made a recommendation that I purchase some aluminum tape and where to place it to prevent a carbon monoxide leak! Keith went way beyond may expectations and for this reason he will be the one I will be calling if I need help with anything electronic in the future.

The end result was excellent. It was cost effective and functional. We found Keith to be very knowledgeable and he and his staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Keith was extremely responsive and on several occassions dropped what he was doing on the weekend to stop by and help us with the system. He was excellent at explaning options. I am very pleased with where we ended up on our system.

Extremely well. Keith arrived at the house on time. For cleanliness, he wore "paper shoes" before entering the house. He proceeded to the home theatre area and began the installation. At all times, he was able to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. This is greatly appreciated as I am not technically inclined. Upon completion, he reviewed all action steps and asked if I had any questions. Finally, if I had any questions regarding the system, I'm able to contact Keith able and he is available to give me directions on what to do to correct the issue I am having--truly appreciated in this day and age! He exemplifies a true professional in his field.

Keith is great to work with! He called and set up a time to take a look at what I wanted done. When he was here, he explained all of my options and thouroughly investigated everything so that he was ready to go when the day came. He is very knowledgable about all audio and video services. He came and finished the work in one day and I am completely loving the set up. He was able to hide all equipment so it looks seamless!

Kleeco has performed excellent work in the past year for us. Keith has installed various audio and video pieces of equipment as well as upgrading the wires, etc.. to our equipment. I can't say enough about his professionalism and integrity. His knowledge of audio and video installs is great ! Keith arrived on time, and worked dilligently to resolve the problem. He worked to complete the job, and made sure that everything worked properly. For my home theater I needed a remote control that had to be programmed to my equipment. He gave me options, and let me select one in the price range I chose. After ordering the remote, and programming it for me, he brought it back and made sure I was able to work it. At all times he was perfectly professional and trustworthy. He is the only person I will ever call to work in my home theater, or for any of my other televisions in my home.

He is excellent. He is very competent and knows his auto equipment. He worked with us to help us find the specifics of what we were looking for and gave us different cost alternatives. He has been available when we've needed upgrades or tweaking.
