I contacted Kleeco and another company to provide quotes on mounting a 40" LCD TV using a bracket I purchased. Keith Dodson from Kleeco responded promptly and provided the best pricing. An appointment was scheduled, Keith came out and about an hour later, Keith had the TV up on the wall. Even though he didn't have to, Keith stuck around to help me connect a device to the TV. Everything looks perfect now and I'd definitely go with Kleeco again in the future.

He was extremely helpful and I was very happy with him. He stayed over his time and he didn’t charge me anything extra.

Quick response and efficient repair

Keith was very defensive and sent some very condescending emails. I have since tried to call him numerous times for sevice calls and additional work and have received no return calls. Negotiating is part of business and should never be personal. I take great offense to the fact that the guy that set up/programmed my entire house will not even return my phone calls or come out for a service call. I thought this company was different than all of the other audio/video companies. My best advice is to definiltey shop around, be mindful of the nickel and dime fee's and definiltey don't try to negotiate. In all of my years in business, I've never known anyone that took offense to negotiating. It is part of business!

We had a great experience with Kleeco. After receiving a few estimates to have in-wall speakers hard-wired into our home, and several suggestions to install a wireless system instead of the hard-wired system, Keith was the only representative that respected our position and followed through on the estimate. While installing wired in-wall speakers in an older home presents challenges, Keith handled the obstacles he ran into ... and there were many ... with professionalism and was extremely conscious of the aesthetic value of the job. We highly recommend Kleeco.

Keith (owner) upgraded and repaired my home music system after DirecTV sponsored installers named "Dishman", who clearly was unfamiliar with my system, unhooked all internal system connections trying to troubleshoot his problem. Dishman then left with no intention of fixing what he destroyed. Keith spent 3 hours connecting the wiring to make my system work again. KLEECO is a candidate for the Page of Happiness!

We wanted a new TV wall mounted in our basement and a sound system, blue ray DVD, and Direct TV box hooked up. We got a competative quote from Kleeco, and he was very responsive with all our questions. I liked that Keith came to give me the quote, and did the work too. Keith ordered all the parts we needed, and arrived as planned. The job went great, and we are thrilled with the outcome, he completed all the work and repaired any dry-wall that he used to pull the wired through. He was very clean and tidy and gave me a complete lesson how to use the new remote contol to run our new system at the end. He completed the work faster that we estimated (so our final bill was less than the invoice). He also didn't need as many HDMI cables as we originally thought, so again our final invoice was less that his original estimate. I was really happy with Kleeco's work and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Keith is one of the most knowledgeable guys I have met in this profession. I highly recommend him for any home theater project, upgrades to existing home theater systems or if you just need advice to make your system simple. Keith is your guy! We are so pleased with the work he has done for us and wish we would have used Kleeco Audio Video in the first place! His knowledge of the ipad interface with the home theater control is outstanding. If you want your ipad to control your audio/video components - he is the person to do it. His quotes were right on and when he does something it is done at a professional level. You wont be sorry using Keith!

Overall, the experience was excellent. The technicians arrived on time and as scheduled, explained ways to improve the system if I wanted to, but didn't pressure me, and they were experts. I'm happy with their services.

Looks great and i can tell the job was completed with TLC - every detail was complete. He called to confirm on the way out and was right on time.

He is very honest. I know nothing about electronics. He will tell me what is wrong, what the issue is, what he recommends, gives me closest options as what I can do and whatever I can do. He does quality work.

Keith was impressive from start to finish. After reading reviews on Angie's List, we called him on a Friday morning to get an estimate. He offered to come out later that evening (wow!). Keith was professional and immediately understood exactly what we wanted, and offered expert suggestions that we hadn't thought of that we loved and were perfect for what we were trying to do. He is polite and easy to talk to, and his expertise was immediately apparent. Keith prepared a written estimate for us and emailed it in less than 24 hours, including all equipment and labor. Throughout the process, Keith gave unbiased advice on how to maximize our system and helped us understand what would work best for our home. Keith came this afternoon (on a holiday!) to complete the job, and we couldn't believe our eyes and ears. He did an incredible job. Our media room looks sharp and clean, with no wires in sight. He balanced the sound system and then walked us through how to operate our receiver and get the best sound from the system depending on what we were using it for at any given time. He completed the work in less time than he originally estimated. We are so happy with the quality of his work and the way our media room looks. We spent much less than we'd originally planned and are thrilled. We have not a single complaint about Kleeco. This was a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely be asking Keith to come back to complete more AV projects in our home. Thank you Keith for your excellent work. After visiting the big box stores and speaking with a consultant at a home entertainment specialty store (and being very overwhelmed), we chose Keith after reading Angie's List reviews about his work. We are so happy we did! He installed a complete A/V system in our home which allows us to enjoy music or TV throughout the house. We invested in a single touch-screen remote which controls all of the main components, which alleviates the need to use several different remotes! Although it took us a little time to get used to, we love it and are happy we purchased this component. This job was very involved as it was part of an extensive remodel and Keith came during different phases @ our request over several months time. He was very accommodating. He educated us up front about the different options available for TV's and stereo components and was very thorough with his recommendations and reasoning. Since the job was performed over a few months and the final installation took place near the end, he even updated (which resulted in an upgrade) his original TV and Blue Ray recommendations to the latest models available, still staying with his original $ quote. We added several things to our original request/quote near the end, and those additions were made with no problem. Keith made it clear that we can call him @ any time with any questions regarding the operating system, no matter how small (and we have!). He was very professional and the neatest contractor we have ever encountered, including bringing his own vacuum to clean his work areas and the labeling & bundling of his wires required for the systems. His work is professional grade, using high quality materials for wiring, switch plates, etc. Keith is down-to-earth and we found him to be very trustworthy. He takes a lot of pride in his work, is very knowledgeable in his field and keeps up with the latest technology. His work is 100% guaranteed and he has certainly honored that to date. We would highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call upon him for any additional A/V needs that we have in the future.

Spectacular. Keith did a great job (again, we've had him out multiple times) installing the speakers. The sound is great and he has a good ear when setting the speakers to create a good sound experience. Keith recommended installing a volume switch by the deck so we could adjust volume easily without running all over the house. The recommendation really made a big difference in how easy it is to use the system. Keith pointed out a nick he caused when installing the volume control so i was aware of it, which he had repaired. I really appreciate his quality, his honesty and calling attention to a very minor issue that in my opinion many contractors would have overlooked.

Keith returned my initial phone call the same day and we were easily able to schedule work to suit my schedule. He is personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to correct what could be done that day then research and present alternatives to make changes that would improve the quality of our theater system to meet our needs. He was very patient with my questions and the time I needed to decide which enhancements to make and again promptly when I contacted him to schedule the additional work. I look forward to working with Kleeco for additional home theater enhancements.

Keith did an incredible job. He came recommended from a family friend. We live in a Meridian Kessler home and wanted to hid the cables coming from our flat panel in the Living Room above the fireplace. Keith spent a great deal of time coming up with a creative idea on how to re-route the cables.He was extremely polite and nice to work with. We will definitely use him again and recommend his services.

He’s an excellent guy. I called his cell phone and he called me back on Sunday afternoon. They walked me through the whole system and it was wonderful. It’s all under warranty and they have good service. They were very clean and they kept in great communication. They gave suggestions on things that would be better and he was honest. He told us what we don’t need. Their service was excellent. We would use their services again in the future.

I was very happy with our decision to install this sound system and to use KleeCo. Keith is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is willing to work with whatever you want, but will say what he thinks might be more suitable for the situation. We needed to upgrade our 25-year-old sound system for parties. I had only been considering a system that involved putting speakers in the walls. Keith gave us an estimate for that type of system but he recommended the Sonos system, which is freestanding. My husband researched it and was so excited about it! Keith walked us through the various components that we might want to have and what they would involve. Keith was very professional throughout the entire process. He was happy to speak with my husband on the phone when I couldn't answer the questions he had as well as when Keith had to convey information that my non-techie brain would not be able to pass on to my husband. We were rarely ones to listen to music during the day, but the ease that this offers for us to have music in every room of the house has been transforming for us. After we learned of this system, we could've easily purchased it online (saving only about $1/unit) and installed it ourselves (saving the delivery and installation charge), but we were so happy to have learned of this that it was worth the $300 to us to have Keith install. We looked at it kind of like a finder's fee. One thing I was grateful for was that Keith's hours were flexible, so he was able to work around our crazy schedule and come to our home at about 9 PM with the contract.

We got multiple quotes from different vendors and found Keith to be very responsive. He came out the day after I called and spent time talking about the options of running the wiring inconspicuously. He gave a free estimate unlike another provider who charged $100 just for the estimate. He was the only one who had a comprehensive plan to tackle the woodwork of the mantle so we could run the wiring in the woodwork. We had another vendor tell us that we needed to contact a carpenter to do that separately. The first estimate we got from him was kind of high but Keith was very responsive to the changes we wanted to make to get the project under budget. We threw him some curves on the day of the install which didn't faze him, and he certainly went the extra mile as far as time and effort to really make sure everything is as we wanted it. He was very professional, courteous, and competent. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Came out to estimate mounting a flat screen TV and doing some wiring changes. He was able to give me an estimate in writing within an hour and even returned later that day to do the work. We have a neat and clean solution to our media needs. Keith was professional, helpful, efficient, and respectfully cared for our home in the process. I wish I had used him sooner for some other AV work that was done. Will definitely use him in the future!
