The experience was great. They always cleaned up their mess and they were very professional. Their pricing was very competitive. They even fixed a couple of things free of charge.

Kenny, Larry, and Jason have been prompt and professional with every appointment. They answered all of our questions and gave us good advice regarding materials and options appropriate for our neighborhood. The work was done on time and to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with their work, we have hired them again, this time to replace and upgrade our sunroom.

We are very pleased with the final results and will have them back out this spring to replace our roof.

They were very responsive on the phone= the projects manager, Josh, was very polite and professional. The estimate was precise and there were no surprises. The project manager stopped by daily to check on the job and the clean up was excellent.

All work was completed on a timely basis, any questions we had were answered. Jobs were completed on time. Everyone was very courteous, professional, clean and well mannered.

The siding looks great but we had some issues with the way they worked. Some of our landscaping was trampled down. They did give us a small allowance for that. When we got the final invoice there was an extra $500 for additional wood trim. There was nowhere in the contract for that wood trim. I basically told them I wasn't going to pay for it. The owner said it was fine but it's the fact that it showed up on the final bill. Then we had some shutters that were damaged, it wasn't major damage but they were sill damaged. At least one window had been bent where they wrapped the aluminum around the bottom.

I think they did a great job. We had a couple of questions and they came and took care of them without a problem. Do not remember job cost.

We were extremely pleased with the work done. We were kept informed with regard to start date and the work began when they said it would. The biggest surprise was coming home to find the job finished and no trace that they had been to our home. There wasn't a nail, scrap, or any other debris to be found anywhere around the house. They also recommended a painter whose work was also outstanding. We would definitely use Kirkenlow again and heartily recommend them to others.

It was a good experience. They listened to what I wanted, and we worked together well.

The work itself was a quality job, the colors were not what I wanted. I was told it would take 5-6 days and it ended up taking a month. The salesman that quoted me the job was told I wanted the entire house sided, and the day before they started, one of the gentleman from the crew came for a walk through, and discovered the job was not quoted accurately which caused out of pocket expenses I had not anticipated. I am pleased with the work that they did.

Our insurance adjuster mentioned that he has had good experience with Kirkenlow Remodeling, Inc. for a long time. After interviewing this and other companies, we choose Kirkenlow. All appointments were on time, or if they needed to be changed, we received a phone call. The roof was installed the day of the appointment and in less than 1 day, quicker than expected. The workers were friendly and efficient. They brought a dumpster, and all old roofing material was removed. We have extensive landscaping around the house and asked that the workers would be careful when removing the old roof. There was no damage to the plantings. We were very pleased with the overall result. We highly recommend this very professional company.

The siding crew seemed to be more professional, helpful, and did extra jobs for me like new lights and mailbox. The roofing crew I am little uncertain about because I had questions that were never answered from Kirkenlow. I am really pleased with the siding.

During installation, our porch flooring was stained red from the line marker used to align the siding on the wall. Several of the outside outlets were cracked when reinstalled, as well as exhaust vents for the dryer and bathroom. The dryer vent, in fact, became clogged resulting in a dangerous buildup of gases in the home. Several of our existing shutters were cracked, when they were dropped off the roof. Trim above two of our windows were mis-installed. The worst was when the contractors were installing the siding around the exterior electrical box on the house. According to an electrician that we hired to look at problem, we have a nail that has penetrated one of the wires in the wall, resulting in the lost of power in our master bedroom. It will cost us a $1000 to fix. All, except the electrical, were discussed with contractor. Almost a year later, problem still exist. I last talked to him in July and he said he'd get back to me.

I asked when making the appointment for and estimate if the company handled aluminum siding. The receptionist said yes. The person who came to do the estimate said the company does not do aluminum siding and gave me a quote for Vinyl. I've not yet decided which way to go.

Came out within a week which was good for remodelers last spring. Gave Larry specifications we wanted which included upgrades in materials. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Price was reasonable but did not include cost of upgrades we had requested and were prepared to pay for out-of-pocket. This estimate was not useful in comparing with other estimates and making a decision.

Excellent. They did our siding originally and when they said they can do roofing, we went with them for the hail damage.

Larry (sales) was professional & courteous, but there was an AL discount he did not tell me about even though I specifically asked (Kenny (owner) honored it at final payment). Larry also said that Kirkenlow does not accept credit cards, but that too is incorrect. Overall the siding job turned out well. However, the experience could have been better. Siding sat in our front yard for a week before work began. Paul's crew did a fine job but was not very efficient. We never knew if or when they would show up & the job seemed to take longer than it should have given the large crew (despite rain delays, they never worked more than about six hours/day in good weather). Clean-up was poor. We picked up nails & debris evenings & after the job was completed. The final product was very good but communication was lacking. Kenny is nice, but feedback about our experience was never solicited. We would use them again, if willing to overlook these shortcomings, because the final product was good.

Kirkenlow performed this job on time, on budget, and with high quality. Their crew completely revamped the exterior of my home after it took hail damage. Roofing took 2 days. Siding took 4 days. The entire project was started and finished within 1 week.

Kirkenlow was the middle of three price estiments. Mr. Cranfill was very professional, Mr. Woods seemed lacking in communication. We had asked to be called to know the day they would start. We did not get a call. They did NOT measure for the window first and put up the siding, only to have to take the trim down when the window did come in. This seems to be simply not getting the info between the sales and construction sides of the job and was not the order it should have been done. As far as professionalism, when two female neighbors mention the "guys running around without thier shirts" you know it made an impression, not a good one. Clean up got less as the job went on. We found a large number of nails and bits of plastic, ending with chewing gum in the yard that our dog stepped on. Over all we felt we were not kept informed as the job progressed. As a woman, I felt that I was ignored. They wanted to talk to my husband for most items.

Asked Kirkenlow to estimate repairing all the external damage to our house from the April hailstorm. They took over two weeks to come back with an estimate, then they only estimated re-siding the house. They ignored roof, screens and windows, painting, gutters and downspouts. Even with the siding only they were twice as expensive as the most expensive other estimate I got. Slow, incomplete and expensive. I wouldn't hire them, myself.

Communication with the company was not very good. It was difficult to schedule with them and the siding was installed in less than favorable weather conditions because of the scheduling problems. I would consider hiring them again, but I would talk to other companies first.

They ware quick to respond, polite and professional. Larry was very prompt on the first sales call. Ken Woods was easy to reach and prompt in his responses as well. The crew they sent did a great job and completed everything in one day. When they left, they cleaned everything so well you couldn't even tell they had been here that day. I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt on coming to inspect for an estimate & they got the work done earlier than expected. Kirkenlow Remodeling did an outstanding job residing our house. They were the most knowledgeable along with being the lowest cost out of 3 contractors that we received estimates. Larry gave us a straight forward & honest cost estimate. He made it a point of showing areas where new siding was not needed (around bay windows). We were very impressed how the job was kept on schedule. The material was delivered late on a Friday with the actual work beginning the following morning. By the following Friday, the work was completed. The job foreman was very polite & professional. Further, Kenny Woods was very responsive in repairing a couple of screens that were damaged during the installation. This was actually a very minor problem; however, they took it very seriously. We plan to use Kirkenlow Remodeling again if we have a home project that they are capable of completing.

All personnel, including sales, installation and service were very accommodating and well informed. The installation crew worked very hard to avoid leaving our house exposed to bad weather. The only negative comment I have is that their scheduling for the project was sketchy but they did complete the work quickly once they got started.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WITH QUOTE ($7,000), ETC. VERY GOOD REFERENCES. PRICING FOR TOTAL JOB WAS HIGHER THAN ONE USED DUE TO THE PAINTING COST OF A SUB CONTRACTOR.
