They were spot on on the price of the price of the house and they did it so very quickly. What I liked with Keller Williams the best, the genuinely cared about my home. It wasn't just a commodity, they knew the importance of a new home. They helped me connect with that whole process. They were looking for a home, not just a house.

Simply put, Steve Rupp rocks! We relocated to Fishers from the South Bend area and Steve was fantastic to work with. He astounded me with his knowledge of the area, the market, and everything relative to the relocation. He was very patient with us as we looked through seemingly countless homes before we found our new forever home. He consistently pointed out things to look for and wasn't afraid to tell us if a house wasn't a good fit. Was is in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and he was spot on when it came time to put an offer in on the house we liked and made what could have been a highly competitive situation into a tremendously smooth one. Absolutely the best realtor I've ever worked with and highly recommend him to anyone.

The house they sold us ended up being a FSBO and the owner was my realtors friend. They lied on discosure. Would not let us do a wslk thru of house after saying they would at closing. There were many hidden fees in the sale of home. We paid for things that were clearly stated to be paid by seller We have had 2 floods in a year and a half. Every appliance has had to be replaced. In checking with an atty, I've been told we have a definate lawsuit against the realtor and the company. Also the inspector and that company. but it would cost a lot to hire the atty. Not sure what to do.

Horrible experience. Susan worked hard to help me find a home, but once we were under contract, it became clear that she was more interested in cashing a commission check than advocating on my behalf. At inspection, the home failed radon testing. The sellers had a radon mitigation system installed, but rather than running the external pvc piping through the crawl and tucking it in behind the chimney so that it was unobtrusive, they ran it right up the back of the house, creating a terrible eyesore. Susan tried to lead me to believe that there "was no other way for this to be done - all radon mitigation systems look like this". Apparently she thought I had just fallen off the turnip truck, which is odd, because I drive a Volkswagen... It was only after I dug my heels in and asked Susan if she would be willing to accept that on HER home that she went back to the seller's realtor and told him that this was unacceptable and devalued the home. Long story short, another contractor rerouted the pvc properly and fixed the problem. From that point forward, we lost all trust in Susan to advocate on our behalf. Her partner stepped in to clean things up, but ultimately we sought, and gained, a mutual release. And then we fired Susan as our agent. I ultimately found a more professional agent, and have since closed on a new home.

Shelly was the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, tireless and a real partner. More, she kept helping once the sale closed. We recommend her without hesitation.
