The entire experience was wonderful. The design consultant came to my house and provided me with her honest opinion as to where we may need new carpet and where we may not need new carpet. I had some time constraints and everything was done right on time and looked great!

They had a little issue with getting the patterned tile on the fireplace and they came back because I wasn't happy with it. They spent an entire day fixing it which I enjoyed and made it right. The floor is beautiful. They finished it in a decent time. I think they did an exceptional job. Very happy with it.

We had a fantastic experience. Kathleen was a very knowledgable, patient sales associate. She worked through even the smallest details and measurements with us. The installers were kind, clean, polite and did very precise work. We are thrilled with the outcome!

The work was well done, the design staff, installation managers, and crew were all professional and the wood flooring was installed in accordance with the appropriate procedures as specified by the National Hardwood Flooring Association (NHFA). These procedures were not following by the company that installed the flooring when the home was built and it took over four years to reach a negotiated settlement to replace the hardwood floors. The team at Jack Laurie did an outstanding job, in working with us in choosing the appropriate engineered flooring and new tile, moving the furniture, removing and disposing of the old flooring, installing the new flooring and cleaning up. After the work was completed they came back twice to follow up on a few minor issues. The team at Jack Laurie is highly recommended.
