Mike was great! He communicated well with me and showed up right on time. He replaced the bad outlet and answered all my questions regarding the amps my den could handle and explained how there were two different circuits in the room. He also took the time to answer a few questions about other areas of my home. The only downside (if you consider being in demand a downside) is that Mike is very busy, so if you don't have an emergency situation, he may not be able to fit you in his schedule right away. I would eagerly call Mike again for another electrical issue.

I was experiencing lighting issues in my basement. I called Mike and he was able to stop by the next day before 5 p.m. He diagnosed the issue right away and made necessary corrections to solve the problem. He was in and out within the hour.

Mike helped me over the phone. He could have very easily scheduled a time to come out, after hearing my problem, and charged me a $90 visit charge. Instead he spent the time with me on the phone to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Smart! Me: not quite as smart. The breakers in the basement hadn't fixed the problem, and the MBR outlets had not GFI on them. I hadn't realized that the outlets in the kids bath on the same floor had a GFI switch and that resetting that one also controlled the MBR. I will call Mike next time I have an electrical issue!

Mike Inger has done several jobs for us, some very large. He is an excellent electrician and very professional. His first concern when he arrived Saturday was to check for any safety issues. We were so grateful to have these problems solved on the weekend. In this age of computer oriented service calls and billing, Mike is a wonder. It is a great joy to work with Mike.

We had a 3-way light switch go bad and needed to be replaced. I tried to replace it myself but after I replaced the very old three-way switch with the newer one we lost our kitchen lights and a few others that were on the same circuit. Called Mike in the AM and he was the person that answered the call. Told him we would be home in most of the AM but leaving around 12:30 for an appointment. He texted me when he was on his way, arrived and quickly assessed the issue and made the repairs. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire Mike again to do ANY electrical work that I need done. Lesson for me is to not try any electrical repairs in the future and just hire Mike!

He put in a 220 volt outlet and a plugless power station. I have an electric car and it enables me to charge my car without having to plug in. It was a three hour job and was on time. Everything went smooth. Everything just went as planned.

It went well. I was upset because he showed up an hour early and I said, "Please go ahead." He kind of made me nervous at first because he didn't want to read any instructions. He just started installing but he did follow through, he was quick and he didn't charge me anything extra because he was there less than half an hour.

Mr Inger called me to schedule the appointment to come to my house to discuss the installation. When he came, he evaluated the room and discussed options to install the lights. Then he scheduled a second visit to install the lights. The installation went fast and smooth. Mr Inger worked diligently to minimize the damage to the dry wall. The end result was great. I'm very pleased with the installation!

Called Inger to have them come out and deal with electrical issue I was having with outdoor light fixtures. Mike talked me through all of the potential issues for 15 minutes. In the end, I was not able to schedule him because of he was scheduled three weeks out and I needed a solution much sooner. However, based on my interaction with him he was extremely professional, helpful and honest. In the future, I will definitely use him for my electrical needs. Highly recommend.
