It turned out great and we actually plan on using them again! Their were very reasonable. They are also very responsive.

They were wonderful and were very good about explaining things on my level. I’d recommend them to anybody. They are also very honest as well, as I stopped by one time when I thought I needed work done. They just gave me information which enabled me to not need any work done.

They were very good and were very fast. They called me after they figured out how much it cost before moving on with the work. It was nice that my husband purchased a LCD screen that didn't quite fit, since they had one that would work, they just swapped us screens and didn't charge us extra.

I thought it went very well. They were very thorough and told me what they ascertained the problem to be. They gave me an 'estimate' prior to me paying to have the disks made, spelling out how much all the repairs would cost. I was very pleased with them.

They did good work. However I thought their price was very high. I would hire them again but would want to know upfont as to what the cost would be.

After wasting $50 with Dell's customer service, I decided to try Indycomp. The Dell rep. told me that the LCD on my laptop was bad and needed to be replaced ($299 for the screen plus labor). Indycomp took a look and determined the screen was fine and instead it was the power inverter. They were able to replace that for less than half the price of a new screen, and it took them less than a day. The only negative (and it is very slight), is that the final price was quite a bit more than the original estimate, but it was still worth the money, and I will definitely come back.

Alex was up front that though they do not offer free diagnostics, the fee can be applied to the cost of the work. He gave me many options as to how the data could be recovered and worked with me when I likely made the process more difficult. There were many memories on the photographs recovered that would have been lost if not for Alex. Excellent performance at a good price.

Alex and Michael were amazing! They completed the work much faster than I anticipated. They were extremely thorough in evaluating and correcting any existing problems with my computer. They were courteous and thoughtful in keeping me informed of their progress and were patient in explaining details to me. Since my computer is "aging," I plan on having them custom build a new computer for me. I feel confident that I now have an excellent source for computer support in the future.

I brought in the laptop, they called me the next day to tell me what was wrong, and fixed it very quickly. They were very knowledgable.

These people are great. They tell me what has to be done, what should be done, and what could be done. They give me a choice depending on how much trouble I would want to go through to straighten it out and if I want to make it functional, make it better or make it as good as new. They are very fair-priced. I have used them a lot and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

All work was completed on time and very professionally. They recommended some additional software that sped up my PC's performance as promised.

We returned from vacation to find our computer completely doa. I took it to Alex at IndyComp for service. He was very prompt in getting to it and staying in touch with me regarding the extent of the damage and what could be done. We also asked him to determine why it had been running more slowly. He was very thorough and professional throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to get the computer back in just a few days.

Service was extremely prompt and both gentlemen were extremely polite and thorough. They called me on more than one occasion to update me as to the progress of the computer and to ask permission before taking further action(s).

The company was very straight forward. They told me exactly what they would do and did the job in the time frame that they had promised. Plus, we appreciated the free scan.

I took the printer in on Saturday and received it back on Wednesday afternoon. As usual, the service was great, and these guys are just a pleasure to deal with.

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful- Adam? He walked me through several self-diagnostics and saved me from coming in and the cost of repair. I appreciated his help very much.

I called several computer repair shops but Alex was the only one who really knew about the malware that had infested my computer. I dropped off my computer at his store and he had it ready within 24 hours.

My laptop was inoperable. They discovered the XP operating system was compromised, they reinstalled all original software and laptop is working great. I was in the market for a laptop computer. After shopping at several retail stores, I was discouraged by how expensive a new laptop would be with all the upgrades I needed. I called Mike and Alex at INDYCOMP, as they have always been a great resource for service and upgrades to my other systems. The told me they had several pre-owned laptops at a considerable savings. I purchased a Toshiba Tecra M4 that sold for over $3500 new in 2005. It had plenty of versatility and Mike & Alex had completely evaluated the unit so I was comfortable with the purchase. It has been a great system for my business!!

I liked the reviews that they had on Angie's List. I chose them because they are local and close to my house. We dropped of the tower at the store. It was open on Saturday! They kept in close communication and authorized repairs. They did a lot of work and did fix it.

Indy Comp is very knowledgeable and customer focused. Our computer was a loss, but data was recovered by Indy Comp.

They advised us as to their services, diagnostic process and recommendations for replacement parts at the time the broken computer was delivered. They called several times during the repair process to advise us of progress, issues and time to completion. The repairs were completed in the projected time frame and restored the function of our computer without loss of files. An excellent experience and I would recommend IndyComp to anyone requiring service on their computer.

I was pleased to find a company that could replace the connector jack for my laptop. Otherwise, it could not be powered. The people are very precise about their charges explaining the diagnostic fee and disassembly fee which is waived if a certain amount of work is done. They are knowledgeable and perform a number of free services in addition to what they fix. They are also good at explaining how to prevent various problems. The hours and location are also very convenient. I took the computer in on Wednesday evening and picked it up on Saturday.

Mike and Alex were very helpful explaining the problem with the laptop. They explained each step necessary to repair it and the cost associated with it. They contacted me for approval when additional work was needed. The time estimate they provided for repair was met and the laptop was ready to pick up within a few days time.
