These guys are super at repairing computers and know what they are doing. Their turn-around time is better than any I have used, 3 days for repairing the laptop. They keep you informed every step of the way and do not do any repairs you don't authorize. They also let you know the cost of each individual repair they suggest. They guarantee satisfaction and make sure everything is acceptable before you leave. I used the in-store service. I have not had a laptop repaired prior to this one, so I cannot compare price, but I believe you always get what you pay for. These guys won't do you wrong.

I am very pleased. I don't speak "computer", but Mike and Alex asked questions and listened to me as I described my computer problems. Their computer shop is cluttered with computer parts and appears disorganized, but Mike and Alex are knowledgeable, professional and timely.

I took my computer in to be diagnosed, they told me upon arrive the charge to diagnosis and that they would not proceed with any repairs with out my approval. The called me the next day to inform me of the problem and tell me that they would need to do some extra cleaning to finish the diagnostic check. I gave the approval and they fixed the problem. They called two more times to get approval to work on other parts of my computer. I felt I was in complete control of the entire process. Since I had them complete my repairs, my diagnostic charge was eliminated.

It went well. Service was prompt, friendly. I got several update calls throughout the week as work progressed. Open late.

Mike and Alex diagnosed the problem and called to report findings. They told me the various features that required resolution and their estimate of the time and cost involved to correct the problems. I authorized the repairs over the phone and had my computer back in service in just two days. Fantastic!

Alex and Mike are the best. They were extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and very customer oriented. I went to them because my laptop crashed. They diagnosed the problem as a bad hard drive and gave me all my options for repair. The best part was, they gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, without pressuring me. They also optimized the settings on my laptop. I've owned my laptop for over three years....and its never worked as well. For instance, it used to take literally 3 - 4 minutes for my computer to "boot up". Now it takes less than 30 seconds.....AMAZING! The next time I buy a computer, before I even take it out of the box, I'm taking it to Indycomp.

I called shortly before they closed on a Wed. night, Alex immediately recognized the issue that is common for my model and told me to bring it on in. I arrived right at closing time but Mike and Alex took time to examine the computer and verify that the issue was what they expected as well as explain how they work and the process for proceeding with the repairs. The next day Alex had disassembled my computer to see the extent of the damage and called me to ask specifically about each repair and what I wanted him to fix and what he should leave as it is. The work was completed within 24 hours of me dropping off the computer, though I did not get it until the next day during which time they ran the software diagnostics and such. I am a software developer so I deal with computers all the time, rarely do I find a tech company that I am completely pleased with, but Indycomp is excellent. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt and accurate. In addition, they were willing to provide additional help and services without charge. The customer service was very good and the service provided corrected all prior issues. I will return to this company because they have my trust.

Have used IndyComp for both business and personal computer repairs. Alex and Mike are knowledgeable and reliable. Unlike the big box stores, you know who is doing the work and that it will be done correctly.

The week long repair was amazing from start to finish. I went to Alex and Mike at Indy comp after sitting in my house without my laptop for 7 months! When I turned on the unit, the LCD screen was pitch black, and at various moments, small images of the screen would appear (Ghost Image). I delayed the repair simply because I had gone to another computer repair shop and was told that it would cost $800 dollars to repair the screen. IndyComp was the only company I could reach on a Saturday morning. Alex took my call and immediately listed a series of explanations for the black screen on my laptop and was confident it could be fixed and for much less than $800. Alex discovered the problem was a failed inverter board that controlled the LCD light. In addition to repairing the immediate problem, IndyComp performed a complete diagnostic check and found other problems. I was informed of each repair and the cost and chose which repairs I wanted performed. These guys are people you can trust!

HAD PROBLEMS WITH SONY PC A LITTLE OVER A YEAR OLD. SUSPECTED BAD HARD DISK, INDY COMP CONFIRMED. RAN COMPLETE DIAGNOSTICS, REPLACED HARD DRIVE WITH WESTERN DIGITAL MODEL. PAID EXTRA FOR PRIORITY SERVICE, HAD THE MACHINE BACK THE NEXT DAY. MICHAEL AND ALEX ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE (VIA PHONE) OF THEIR PROGRESS AS THE WORK PROCEEDED. GOOD TO WORK WITH, RECOMMENDED.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY CALLED ME EVERYDAY TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE I WAS OKAY WITH EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. WHEN I PICKED IT UP, THEY WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH ME, AND INSTALLED SOME SECURITY SOFTWARE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS COMPUTER WORK DONE. MIKE AND ALEX ARE VERY NICE, THEY CALL WHEN THE PROBLEM IS FOUND AND DISCUSS THE SOLUTION ALONG WITH THE COST BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE. OPTIONS ARE GIVEN AND AN APPROXIMATE PICK-UP TIME IS GIVEN.

I HAVE USED INDY COMP FOR MANY YEARS AND THIS IS MY FIRST SUBMITTED REPORT ON THEIR SERVICES. MY CONTINUED USE SPEAKS VOLUMES BY ITSELF, BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH WORK I WANT TO SHARE WITH OTHER ANGIE MEMBERS ABOUT THEIR COMPETENT AND COST EFFECTIVE WORK. THEY MADE MY LAPTOP LIKE NEW FOR $300- I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE FOR $1600. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT WENT WRONG, WHAT THEY DID, AND SHOW YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEIR ADVICE IN OTHER WORK PERFORMED FOR ME HAS CONSISTENTLY REACHED THE HIGHEST STANDARDS. THEY ARE BETTER THAN MY IT DEPARTMENT AT MY LARGE PHARMACEUTICAL FIRM.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF INDYCOMP SINCE THEY OPENED IN 1997. THEY BUILT MY COMPUTER IN 1997 AND OTHER THAN MINIMAL VIRUS INFECTION REPAIRS, THE SYSTEM WORKS PERFECTLY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FAIR AND VERY COMPETENT. NO PROBLEM I'VE HAD WAS BEYOND THEIR SKILLS...I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!
