Service was great. Dave gave me a very fair quote, helped me find someone to do some repairs, power washed everything, and restained the deck and floor in our screened in porch. Have used Indy Deck Magic twice now and was blown away both times. Brian's communication was flawless and efficient. Had gone with him 3 years ago first and originally was worried that a lot of work was going to be needed. The expert advice he gave was much appreciated and he actually recommended cheaper services than we assumed we would need and talked us through why he didn't recommend the overkill. It turned out beautiful and held up very well so when it came time again, it was an easy choice to come back when it was time. They were out to do a quote within 48 hours and it was all just simple from start to finish. We were two weeks out on scheduling but we got phone calls with advance notice when they were coming and what to expect. The work was quick and quiet and hassle free and they were very respectful of landscaping. The deck looks possibly better than it did the first time they did it! Photos here show a before and after. The before photo is after I had attempted to pressure wash and scrub it myself and just could not get it properly clean.

Indy Deck Magic power-washed both decks plus a sidewalk and line of brick pavers. The sidewalk and brick pavers were a bonus, which we appreciated. The next day they stained both decks, a railing, and some posts. Everything looks great. Last summer they came to evaluate the decks and said the work could wait until this summer. Brian Mayes is honest and pleasant to work with.

I contacted Indy Deck Magic to power wash and stain my deck as well as power wash some brick in a window well that had a black mold on it. After inspecting my deck, Brian contacted me to say that he did not think the deck needed to be restrained, just power washed. I was out of town and he was happy to move the furniture off my deck, power wash it and the brick and then return the furniture back to the deck. He did a great job. I appreciated his honesty that I didn't need staining done this year. The job was quick and I am very satisfied.

Indy Deck Magic was easy to work with, helpful, and knowledgeable. They stripped my deck with a powerwasher and covered it with a paint that covered up the old paint that remained on the rails. It all looks really good now, and it was so easy to arrange. I would trust Indy Deck Magic with any of my decking needs. I felt that he was straightforward and honest with me the entire time.

Brian Mayes of Indy Deck Magic did outstanding work in pressure washing and staining the deck. He communicated throughout the process, was very thorough in the estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. Brian left us with a beautiful deck and made an extra effort by powerwashing the gutters and the garage door.
