Description of Work: Brian cleaned and stained my new deck last August(2014) this year a lot of mold was found on the deck. I called Brian and he came out right away and cleaned my deck.

Description of Work: We had added 4 railings to our back yard deck. Brian had previously stained our deck, and he came back and stained the new railings to match the deck. He did a good job and it looks great.

Description of Work: We have a huge deck on the back of our house that had not been maintained for about 7 years. In addition, we have guests coming for an open house and my daughter's graduation. We initially called Brian for an estimate and he came out right away. We waited to call him to do the job and he said he was very busy and booked up. When we explained our time crunch Brian squeezed us into his schedule and between all the rain and bad weather we have been having. Not only did he fit us in to get the job done, he also did a fantastic job on the deck. The powerwashing alone made our 22 year old deck look great and he restored the quality of our wood boards. After applying the stain, he rejuvenated our deck and it looks great and nearly brand new. He also powerwashed around our outdoor cooking area and the brick looks new as well. He is a very friendly, personable and professional guy and I would highly recommend him. I spent a little more than I was intending to spend but I think that just reflects the size of the deck as I think Brian's pricing is fair and honest as well. I will definitely use him again. I am glad that I was able to find him through Angie's List. He also takes off 10% for Angie's List customers.
