Was able to schedule the work more quickly than originally anticipated. Job was accomplished efficiently. Area surrounding the deck was well protected and the cleanup was thorough. Would hire again for deck work.

I called and left a message, and later that day Brian called back. He came out and gave an estimate the next day, which was very reasonable in price. I chose another company due to the fact that in the course of our conversation, he admitted he didn't have experience with stamped concrete, and my patio and driveway border are stamped concrete. Otherwise I would have seriously considered hiring him.

Brian from Indy Deck Magic is great to work with. He was prompt with his quote and gave additional resources explaining the entire process from start to finish. He was on time and power washed the deck prior to treatment and staining. He came back a couple days later after the deck had dried and finished the job. The deck looks amazing and the water beads off my deck perfectly. Indy Deck Magic was not the cheapest company, but I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and Indy Deck Magic did an unbelievable job. I will definitely be going back to Brian in a few years when I treat my deck again.

It went extremely well. The price seemed a little high, but I didn't shop around so I don't really know if was too high or not. However, the quality of the work and Brian's professionalism made it worth the investment. Originally he said he would get to my job in a week but ended coming in just a couple of days. Thoroughly cleaned the deck with hot-water powerwasher, then came back the next day to stain. No muss, no fuss. Looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company several times because we like the hot water wash. It does such a good job. He does a thorough job and uses quality products that the results are nice looking.

The owner of the company was prompt in giving an estimate. Explained the products. Made suggestions as to color choice and scheduled date for work depending on the weather. I was not at home when the work was done and called about an area. He came by the following day, took care of my question and offered to replace the furniture on the deck which was an extra service at no charge. I would recommend the company to anyone for deck maintenance.

He did a beautiful job. He was prompt and punctual. He was respectful about being around my home. He even showed me how to use the internet. I would use him again in the future because they have hot water power washing.

We called Brian for an estimate on powerwashing and staining our deck. He was prompt in coming to our home. He called me while he was there and said that we could probably wait one more year on the stain. He suggested powerwash only at this time. We appreciated his honesty.

Service was scheduled within a week of our initial evaluation. Overall the work was excellent (our aging deck looked fantastic) but we had one surprise. An animal walked on the deck before the seal dried completely which created dirt spots. I called Brian and this was the first time he had experienced this problem. He recommended using the product "Crud Cutter" which significantly reduced the visibility of the spots.

They did a great job. There was a slight spot that had not been stained thoroughly and they came back promptly and did it again.

Brian did a fabulous job. He initially power cleaned the deck and then came out later on to do the staining. He waited several days in between because we expected rain and he wanted to give the deck 24 hours to dry. The deck looks fabulous and I was very happy with his level of professionalism.

He was very good at suggesting things we should do to make the finished project work better. He was efficient and clean. I am very happy with the service.

Our home is new construction with a deck that had not been cared for. Even after Brian had power washed it thoroughly, it already looked 100% better. A few days later, Brian stained the deck, ensuring that it was very well coated. It looks amazing - like new - and water beads up quickly so we know it is not absorbing water at all. Brian told us that this should last another 2-3 years, which I appreciated. That tells me Brian is not trying to sell something that is not truly needed. A very professional experience.

I asked for an estimate for power washing, staining and resealing my deck. Brian came out to do the estimate and indicated that the stain and seal was still in good shape and I only needed a power wash to just brighten up the wood. He has the time then and so the work was completed that same day.
