The sides of the house and the deck look great. Seems a little pricey, but appears to be in line with the work done.

When Brian came over the first time to evaluate the work, explained all the work that needed to be done to get the decks and stairs back in shape and how it would be accomplished. He also offered suggestions on paint color as well as explained why he used Sherman Williams pain over other companies. Our upper deck needed all new boards Brian recommended a person who would do this work. Since this individual has done work in coordination with Brian, he was highly recommended. All the work went smoothly and the results are great.

No one WANTS to seal there deck but it must be done now and then. I did it the first 2 times and this time I said NO MORE....I called one place Indy Deck Magic and the rest is deck history....Hot/High pressure water is the key to this process....It really preps the wood for the sealer/stain.....Cleaning was one day with sealing a few days later so the deck could have time to dry...Did I say he got to the job a week earlier then estimated...(Really due to perfect weather this summer)...Sorry

Bryan was very conscientious and had done a very thorough job. He was here when he said he would be here, and the deck was new after he was finished. The price was a little expensive but it was worth it.

Brian did a very good job and came back right away for touch ups we required.

The deck was washed and allowed to dry over night. The next day Mr Mayes returned with a helper and refinished the deck. He had recommended a product that would give us better coverage and that would not require redoing the project in two years, as we have had to do in the past. He was very specific about how to care for the deck during the several days of drying and curing. He had recommended that we put vents in each side of the deck to further insure a longer life for the finish. He gave us the name of a person who could do the job and it was complete just before the staining. I worked with Mr Mayes two weeks before the work was done. He was able to schedule us quickly and got the job done with a minimum of fuss.

I contacted Brian for an estimate and he gave that to me right away and we made sure to coordinate the timing of this work around other things we were having done on the outside of our home and Brian was very helpful in recommending when to have this done. He came out and did the work in a very timely manner and we are very happy with the service that he provided.

Everything went very well. Brian returned/answered my calls promptly. He did everything that he said he would do..... and he did it thoroughly. I was satisfied with the deck and the front stairs and garage door.

We were very pleased with it. We told him we would be away at the time of the work and would not be able to pay him immediately. He was patient with us. The work seemed fine, he was very professional and very helpful.

I had quotes from 4 companies. My lowest quote was $375 and the highest was $1500. That was quite a wide range so I went with Indy Deck Magic who was in the middle. They convinced me to do a solid stain since the semi-transparent stain was worn in some places and not in others so the semi-transparent stain wouldn't go on evenly. They came and did a great job. They were very professional. They did spray some of my lighting fixtures with the spray but you can't really tell. They said it will last 3-4 years.

Amazingly well. We live in a wooded area and our house had collected several years of dirt, algae, cobwebs, etc. on the exterior and needed to be cleaned. After looking through Angie's List under pressure cleaning, I called Brian at Indy Deck Magic and one other company. Brian gave me a lot of information about what and how he cleans and he gave me a price over the phone. The other company's estimate was almost double Brian's estimate so I hired Indy Deck Magic. Brian knew I was in a hurry to get the house cleaned because we were having guests over that weekend, and he was able to work me into his schedule the next business day. I wasn't able to be there until after he began but told him to call if he had any questions. When I returned home the next day Brian was already finishing up. He had not only cleaned the house but he also cleaned the decks, the hot tub cover, the sheds - even the deck chairs - at no extra charge. And he didn't charge a travel fee, even though he said he would since we live out of his area of town. Brian was very professional, extremely accommodating, and very knowledgeable about his work. We were amazed at the difference it made. My husband was initially skeptical at spending the money for this but he was so pleased when he came home from work. The house looks so great! It is well worth the money.

Brian was very responsive to my phone calls and came out right away to give an estimate. I appreciate very much his follow up but ultimately we went with another contractor that came in with a lower estimate.

Came on time and did a great job cleaning and came back and stained after it dried.Looks great. This is the second time we've used this company

They came on the day they stated and finished the work in a timely fashion - two days.

I was very impressed with the owner Brian. He really went above and beyond. I have a real problem with algae unfortunately, but he really did a good job getting it off and treating the house. He was very professional. He really took his time. I would recommend him to anyone that needs power cleaning done to their house. My house looks new again. Even several of my neighbors have commented on how nice my house looks. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work he did and the time that it took him. He is very professional and very nice. Any questions I asked him, he took the time to answer all of them.

It is amazing how clean it made the deck! We couldn't believe it! And after all the years it was pretty dirty. He came back after it was dry which was the next afternoon and stained and sealed it. It is now a beautiful deck and we are anxious to show it off to our friends

He was very professional, followed through and was very thorough. He even did a few extra things he didn't have to do. I would hire them again. We had 4 estimates, theirs wasn't the cheapest or most expensive, but it made the most sense.

COntacted Brian via email - he was very responsive and followed-up by both email and voicemail. Scheduling and communication was hassle-free, and it looks that he did a wonderful job. He also pressure washed a small section of sidewalk that was not part of the original quote.

Looks very good. Even went "above and behind" and stained some of the supporting posts under the deck so that it looked better. Expensive overall, but quality I think worth it.

It went very well. He worked hard and had the job done earlier than anticipated. He responded very fast to our call and came right out for the estimate. His price was good because he did not have to power wash the fence. The stain went on well and looks great. In retrospect, I wish I had thought to go ahead and rent a power washer and do the low-to-the ground part of the fence, because it was mud splattered. Once he stained over it, it doesn't look as good as the rest. I was surprised when I saw that he sprayed the stain over the dirt. We did not hire him to powerwash and it definitely was not his fault. He did exactly what we asked him to do. I just wish I had thought of it or that someone had told me to do it.

Professional and punctual. Although pricey, they do a good job. I would recommend.

I called Brian Mayes (owner) requesting an estimate. He was out the very next day and provided me a very reasonable estimate, which I approved. He scheduled the work approximately 1 week later to meet my schedule. They showed up on time and ready to power wash the deck and prepare it for painting. They then returned in two days and painted the deck. They were very professional, neat and totally cleaned up the area when complete. I am very pleased with the final product as well as the service performed.
