Provider was very professional. Brian did an estimate of the job on the same day that I first called him. His pricing seemed reasonable. He did the job as promised within one day of my accepting his proposal. Our stairs' deck boards contained a lot of mildew which he was able to remove with the powerwash. The patio powerwash also went well although it did not remove some stains which he told me in advance it would not do prior to my accepting his offer. Overall, I was pleased with the work and would recommend this provider.

Brian responded promptly to my initial inquiry and site visit to quote the job. He arrived on time and promptly set up for the job. The end result of his work was satisfactory, however, I did have to ask him to re-wash a portion of the porch that didn't rinse clean the first time. If I hadn't been home to inspect the work before he left, I would have called him back. He also rinsed our patio furniture- which was a nice, unsolicited gesture.

I called Brian to clean and stain our large deck. It is cedar and was really dirty. He was very knowledgeable about how the clean and stain would react with the softer cedar wood, which I appreciated. Brian was very punctual, gracious and the deck looks amazing. He did a great job including deck, sides (enclosed deck bottom) and all railings. I would definitely call Brian again.

It looked so good after the wash that I had him back to do the rest of the house. Easy to work with, punctual and reasonable charge. Highly recommend!

My experience with Brian (Owner and operator of Indy Deck Magic) was nothing short of wonderful. He showed up when he said he would, did a phenomenal job on the deck, (which now looks better than it ever has), and was so easy to do business with I was in continual amazement. Once we agreed on a time, the process was just 'automatic'. I didn't need to be around, it just happened and happened amazingly well. I would have Indy Deck Magic back in a heartbeat!

Way above and beyond service! Brian returned my call within an hour and was out to my home the same day. I had attempted a do-it-yourself cleaning and staining of my deck and only made matters much worse. I actually sealed in the dirt. I was 1 week out from hosting a graduation open house for my son and was in great need. Even though he is in the middle of his peak season, Brian was out to my home within 24 hours of my first call. He made my badly stained deck look absolutely brand new! And completed the work in 2 days (minimum time needed between cleaning chemicals and sealant). Stellar service and end product.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed. I was called on 6/4 to confirm that work would be performed on 6/7. I arrived home at 8:00 p.m. on 6/7, and work was just being completed. I appreciated that the owner worked late into the evening to get the job done.

Simple. Brian is very responsive to the voice mails I left him think he always called back the same day. Set my expectation on a time frame and was then able to come quicker (which I was really surprised considering how wet it has been). Overall a quick, easy and painless experience which has left me with a better deck.

Great - the owner responded to my email request promptly. He came out within 2 days and while he couldn't provide the work I was looking for, he did offer alot of good advice and a referral to someone who could help. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I will not hesitate to call him when it comes time for a cleaning and stain job on our deck.
