Brian did a great job being flexible with weather and getting the job done! Even did some extra pressure washing on the outside of my house.

It went so well! I no sooner placed my inquiry on Angi than I got a response from Brian from Indy Deck Magic. He told me what he would come out and give a quote- and I thought great- I’ll get a couple other quotes and make a decision…. I did have another inquiry 4-5 days later who never called back. Brian called to follow up and no one contacted me.

It was fine. He did a good job. He did what he supposed to do, he painted and repaired the deck.

Brian came out and did the estimate in a timely manner. Gave me a quote on price and when he could get out to do the job. They showed up to do the work much sooner than quoted. The job was a front and back deck, it was power washed back to looking brand new one was deck toned and the other coating. It's amazing what a difference! During work they were very good not to over-spray on anything and had the equipment to made sure of it. They left leaving no mess as if they were not there. I highly recommend this company.

Brian has the perfect name for his business. Indy Deck Magic! He truly made our old deck look like new....like magic! The deck looks GREAT and Brian is a nice guy to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is reasonably priced.

Brian Mays is prompt and pleasant and he gets the job done. He is honest. He always does only what is needed and doesn't, for instance, paint when painting can wait a year. He remembers us from year to year. Also he'll spray things I didn't specifically ask for, such as birdbaths.

Brian did an excellent job. I called and left a message and he got right back to me. He was on time, efficient and very personable. His van is outfitted with first rate equipment. I knew my driveway needed pressure washing, but I couldn’t BELIEVE the difference! His operation is first class.

Indy Deck Magic, Brian Mayes, was a great company/person to work with. We had various areas (concrete, pavers and a wooden deck) that required pressure washing. Brian responded within hours to my request for a quote, thoughtfully evaluated what I requested and then called me to better understand what I thought I needed, and explained that cleaning the pavers will require re-sanding the pavers. He gave notice of his arrival 2 days before, showed up, carefully moved furniture around and completed the multiple spaces in one day. The communication through text, email and phone calls was appreciated and it was clear he was working in the interest of what was right for the customer.

Have used Indy Deck Magic for years. Never disappointed. My patio looks new after each cleaning!

I’ve used Indy Deck Magic for deck maintenance four times over the last eight years, and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the work , the reasonable pricing, and Brian’s professionalism. Brian was super responsive, was able to get me on the schedule in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have have had him power wash at my house 3 times (two different houses) and each time I have been very happy with his work.

Indy Deck Magic, power-washed my house and pressure-washed our driveway and sidewalks. He came over to estimate and complete the work on short notice and did an excellent job. Was accommodating to move the job to the afternoon since we had other work being done. He added some finishing touches to make sure everything looked great. We had new mulch laid down and he didn't spray any of it away or even make it out of place.

Brian is an expert at this. When he was finished the deck, which was several years old, looked like it was brand new. You will not find a better person or company to deal with.

Brian is a real deck professional. My deck badly needed painting with areas that had considerable peeling. Brian showed up on time for both the power washing and painting. He has the equipment needed to do the job right and is easy to work with. My deck once again looks like an inviting place to spend some time.

Brian was very easy to contact, he came out quickly to provide an estimate, and once we decided to hire him, he was able to schedule us and come out and complete the project within a day. Our fence looks great and I am thankful it will be protected from the weather elements over the next few seasons. Payment was not due until project completion, which was helpful.

Brian at Indy Deck Magic is a perfectionist and a master. My deck had been neglected for years and I needed to get it in shape to sell my home. I've power washed and stained decks before, and I knew this would be a lot of work. Brian restored extremely weathered wood to nearly new condition and then he sealed with a gorgeous "pine cone" brown-red stain. For the concrete and brick wall, he again restored to nearly new looking condition from severely dirty and neglected state.
