He was very professional and went over and above in service. Washed the patio furniture, washed my sliding glass door and even went the extra mile and washed my deck so it matched the cleanliness of my concrete patio. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again. Cost was $140.00.

Fabulous, great and amazing job! Brian did such a fabulous job power washing my driveway and sidewalks that they look brand new. I had so many black spots and other stains all over the concrete that I was amazed that he got them all out. I am still amazed at how nice my sidewalks and driveway look. I?m a person with high expectations and I?m completely ecstatic with this entire job. I have also hired a lot of people to do different type jobs and Indy Deck Magic is one of the very best companies I have had the pleasure work with. Prompt response to inquiry for quote. We were able to schedule the work for mid-June but he was able to move up the work as his schedule and weather allowed. Brian did a beautiful job on our deck. We had a lot of peeling and flaking of our previous finish which he removed and suggested a darker tone that looks beautiful. He gave us instructions for prolonging the beauty and seal of our finish.

It went really well! He went out of the way to facilitate my busy life and schedule around me. He was super helpful.

Not only did they power-wash the deck and stain it, they also repaired a broken post. It is now securely attached to the deck. The next time I will be requesting some replacement boards, as some of the boards seem to be showing their age.

I purchased the big deal from them. They were in contact immediately and provided me with the rest of my quote quickly. The service was performed about a month later but they did a wonderful job keeping me informed on timing. They did a thorough power washing of my wooden deck. It had been neglected for some time and the boards looked brand new by the time they were finished. 2 days later they returned to stain. I had no words when I got home to see the finished product. The deck looks brand new. Just an amazing job!

Brian response time was faster than anybody else. Brian came out and provided estimate less than 2 days and said he was booked for a month but managed to fit us in way before the estimated date. He cleaned siding along the deck, windows, and even threw in cleaning our deck furniture for free. He came back as weather provided and stained and sealed our deck. Looks like new. He is very conscientious and consultive with questions we had about the process. It looks so much better. Thank you Brian.

The provider power washed my home. He called the day prior to remind me he was arriving the next day. Upon arrival his arrival he noticed I had not turn the outdoor water supply on. He patiently waited for me to return home before beginning the work. When the work was completed I received a call telling me in addition to the house cleaning, and that he had power washer the patio concert slab, the carpet on my front porch and my front porch.

Everything went perfect as always with Brian. He came out promptly after I called him and took a look at the project and returned the next week as promised to do the job. Brian is very easy to work with and he does a terrific job. He has done our deck (cleaning and staining) for several years and we have NEVER been disappointed. We highly recommend him!

Really well done. Even power-washed our concrete step and siding for no additional charge. Very conscientious and consultative--our deck had been painted twice and looked terrible. Spent the time to help us pick heavy stain which would protect the deck and last--it looks so much better!

I had been procrastinating over getting this done. I checked Angie's list and liked the reviews. I called him. He was nearby and he came right out and got it done. It was a small job but I was thrilled that he was able to handle it so quickly and that his price was so reasonable. I do intend to call him again soon.

He showed up on time and worked nonstop for four hours. Did a fabulous job as usual. We have used him several times through the years and the concrete looks so nice when finished.

I have previously used Brian's services and was very pleased both times. He added power washing to my gate and garage to help with painting prep. Brian was prompt, courteous and asked no additional fee for the extras. I highly recommend his services.

They did a great job. I would not have believed that the concrete in my driveway could look so good. The $200 discount was nice as well. I will hire them again in the future.

They were excellent. I would have hired him to do the deck, but said that they will come back in the spring, after the winter months.

Brian came out the same week we needed our front porch and concrete powerwashed. He was very responsive on the phone and did the work the same week I called him and was very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning the green and dirt off the porch for us to use all summer long. I would hire Indy Deck Magic next time with out hesitation. The hot water really makes a difference.

Brian was prompt, worked until he was satisfied and left no mess. He obviously knows what he is doing. He was personable and efficient. We will use him again.

The result was not satisfactory. No preparation other than power washing was done prior to painting. Chips in the old paint remained visible. The new paint immediately began to bubble. I was told this was normal but I believe that additional drying time may have been needed after the power washing. The paint also did not cover well. After just a few months, the paint has chipped in many places. The deck now becomes stained with anything that lands on it -- dirt, leaves, etc. and it doesn't just hose off. I have actually had to mob/scrub the deck to remove footprints, etc and even then stains remain.

He power washed our deck and siding. It was too powerful for the deck and we noticed there was residue on window's that he had left behind from the power washing the siding. Which we cleaned off ourselves.

I'm very grateful to Indy Deck Magic. We were preparing our home for sale and we accidently painted the deck with the wrong type of paint. We wanted to get this problem fixed before the inspection 4 days later. All the other deck places I phoned just told me they couldn't help. Indy Deck Magic reorganized their schedule to help us out. A day before the inspection our deck looks phenomenal! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
