Brian is an absolute pro. He came out in February to meet and provide a quote. He told me I still needed to wait a few months to let the fence season a bit more, and then went on about how I could do it myself if I wanted to save some money (with information on what to do and where to go to get the supplies). His honesty at that meeting sold me on using him for the project. When we installed the shadow box fence, we had landscaping rock put underneath the fence so we wouldn't have to deal with grass growing in-between the boards. Brian went above and beyond to make sure stain did not get on the stone, and I can't thank him enough to taking the time and care involved with that.

Smooth and easy. Looks great. The deck was a mess of peeling paint and two different colors. Today looks 100 % better.

job was done sooner that had been projected. Brian communicated clearly about preparation for the job and how it was progressing. Very pleased with the work.

I used Brian last year. He was terrific, so I asked him to decide what needed to be done. He let me know that only the north side of the house needed to be done. He told me he could get to it in about a week. On the day he did the work, he texted me to let me know that he would be there unless we had a lightening storm. We had one, but he arrived after the storm :) He did a great job...just like last year. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Very well. Brian arrived on time, did the tasks well that he was hired to do, and the deck and railing looked great. He was very professional and friendly. My only complaint was the cost. I felt the price was very high for a couple hours of power washing and another partial day of staining. The staining looked great for that one season, but it needed some touch up the next year, and I can't afford that cost every year or two.

We had some algae growth on three sides of our 2 story house that was in dire need of cleaning. I called Brian (the owner) in late February (since we had an unseasonable winter and it was starting to get warm already) to discuss a Power Washing quote for our house. He came out and gave us a quote the next day and let us know that he would be starting up for the season within the next 2-3 weeks. The quote was very reasonably priced and I called him and asked him to put us on his list and give us a call when he finished de-winterizing his equipment and started his exterior season. He called me back within the next few weeks and we set a date for the following workday. He came out exactly when he said he would, set up his equipment and began work right away. He did a fantastic job on the cleaning the areas with hot water and cleaning solution. The house looks great! I will most definitely use Indy Deck Magic again in the future!

He came out within a day. He looked it over and gave me sound advice on my options. He was straight forward and honest, polite and professional.

Brian came out right away, provided an estimate, and we scheduled to have the deck pressure washed and painted. He washed one day and then came back with a helper the next day to paint. I am happy with the end result and would recommend Indy Deck Magic.

It went great. I've used these guys almost 6 times and they're the best. He's there when he says he's going to be, he's very courteous. When he comes over he works his tail off until it's done. When he is done, he'll walk you through his work to show you. what he's done. His prices are right and I highly recommend him.

The work is high quality. Just what we asked for and done more quickly than promised with a couple of extras thrown in for no cost. I recommend them to anyone.

I would not hesitate to higher him to pressure wash your house. We are very satisfied.

Perfect. The front walk was terrible looking with rust and mold all over. Steps were almost black from what I do not know. I was in touch with Indy Deck Magic by email, got same day responses to my questions. The work was done today and the it looks fantastic.

Brian was an excellent professional from the very first contact. He promptly responded to my inquiry, requesting that i forward several photos of the deck and provided a rough estimate. He promptly squeezed me in between major jobs. He not only performed "magic" on my deck, but he sprayed my deck furniture and several ornaments. My deck has not looked this good since being installed!

He told us that he would perform the power washing on a day when he was not staining decks and that he would call ahead of time to check with us. Within 6 days he called and performed the work. Brian did an outstanding job on cleaning our concrete. We were impressed that he did the power washing with only hot water and no chemicals would be used - great for the environment. He was very meticulous in performing the work. He even washed our garage door and mailbox. He was friendly and professional and we would certainly use him again.
