Brian was easy to reach by phone or email. Showed up as promised. Washed the drive in the morning and came back later in the day to apply sealer. All went as planned. Brian is easy to work with.

Cleaned quickly and efficiently. He was careful to keep as much dirt out of pool as possible.

Brian from Indy Deck Magic responded with in an hour of my request for a quote on the Angie's List web site. He is extremely professional and came right out to the house to take a look at what I needed done. I needed the work completed in a tight window of time and he was able to do that for me. The work was perfect and I could not be any happier. My stone looks brand new. The hot water he uses to pressure wash removed all grimy dirt which others said could not be removed. I highly recommend Indy Deck Magic. I loved the fact that Brian does the work himself and is an expert at what he is doing.

Indy Deck Magic unfortunately does not install new fences, but Brian was kind enough to spend some time on the phone with me talking over different materials I might consider when choosing a fence. He cleans and seals for a living so he has a wealth of knowledge about which types of fence hold up best over time. I was so impressed with his level of customer service! Will definitely be calling him for cleaning and sealing of our future privacy fence.

Fantastic. The guys treated the deck like it was their own. Arrived on time and were very neat and detail oriented. Without asking, they power-washed the back of my house, making it look much nicer.

It went really well. He came out the same day and gave a quote. Brian then came out the following week and powerwashed and stained the deck. It looks awesome. The neighbors stopped by and couldn't believe the difference.

We are completely satisfied with the work. Brian gave us an estimate promptly and performed the work within a few days of authorization. He applied cleaner and pressure-washed the entire house, taking care to get into "hard-to-reach" areas. He also pressure washed our large deck (at no additional cost), even though that wasn't included in his cost estimate.

Brian informed me we have at least 2 years before needing work on the deck and would probably never need to reseal the screened porch due to lack of exposure. We very much appreciate his prompt response and honesty.

Brian did an excellent job for a fair, competitive price. Prior sealing of the deck by other vendors had left a substance build-up that Brian was concerned about, and he was frank about the difficulties of removing that build-up. However, he was able to clean the deck thoroughly, and applied a new seal coat that looks great.

I was looking for someone to power wash my deck and the wooden parts of my house (garage doors, trim, front porch etc) in preparation for painting. Brian was quick to provide a quote and schedule the job. When he came to do the work he ended up power washing the entire house for no extra charge! The house looks great. He did a great job. He also washed off my outdoor furniture for me. Afterwards, I texted to ask him a question about the Trex, and he called me back immediately. Very professional.

If you want it done right, this is the person to call. He was very prompt providing an estimate, came to clean the deck on time, returned to stain and seal the deck, and provided great advice on maintaining the deck. I wish I had taken pictures before, during and after because the transformation of the deck's appearance supports the 'magic' in the company's name. Brian's a very personable and helpful person. He took extra care and even power-washed some of the siding as a courtesy.
