About us: iCare Lawn Care is a family owned and operated small business located in Carmel, Indiana. Our mission is to be the choice for dependable, quality, and client focused lawn maintenance. Our Motto: No Short Cuts. iCare Lawn Care is a full service, turf and landscape maintenance company, dedicated to trustworthy and professional service. Whether we play a small role, or are hired to fully manage your needs, our goal is to exceed your expectations every time we visit your property. Our History iCare Lawn Care was founded in 2013 as a family-owned business. iCare is more than a name, it’s how we approach our business. From hiring to the services we perform, and even in those moments we make a mistake and how we resolve it. To us, your house is not a street number, it’s a home filled with personal stories that deserve respect. We are dependable, we communicate well, and we strive to do our best to care for your needs. Our business is located in Carmel, with an additional shop in Noblesville. We also serve Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, Cicero and northern Indianapolis. We take pride that most of our growth has come from referrals. Who we serve: our primary focus is the residential client but we also have many clients who are commercial properties and Homeowners Associations (HOAs).

Services we offer

Lawn Fertilization and Treatments.Our specialty is having our highly trained & licensed technicians fertilize and treat your grass with our 6-step program of hybrid organic fertilizer and premium control products for crabgrass and weeds. Add options like grub control and disease treatments for specific issues. We also offer all other landscape maintenance as well as landscaping projects, paver patios and walkways, exterior lighting and leaf removal.

Services we don't offer

Snow removal, large tree removal or service, irrigation, miscellaneous handyman services, etc. We could say yes to all of the aforementioned, but I hire a plumber for a reason, and don't have my plumber do my electrical work. We choose to be narrowly focused on being great at what we do, not good at everything.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding. The lawn aeration and seeding service you've requested is performed when soil conditions are optimal in mid to late September. The deposit reserves a spot on our schedule. Of course we're happy to give you a full refund and not perform the service.

Doug (owner) was very responsive. Crew showed up when scheduled, did an exceptional job. Left sidewalks and driveway in immaculate shape after edging and putting down mulch. Landscaping looks fantastic. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Contacted Doug via email and he continued to keep me in the loop with what was going on, who, when and how much. With family stress I had going on in my life at the time, I asked Doug to just handle the situation and take care of it so I didn't have to think about this. That's exactly what he did and sent me before and after photos of the job. I was happy, my sister was happy, and my mother was happy. It could not have gone smoother and we will continue to use iCare. Thanks Doug.
