+ -1 moreTHE INSPECTOR WAS VERY CONSCIOUS OF KEEPING THE HOME CLEAN, WHICH IMPRESSED US BECAUSE WE WILL LIVE THERE AT SOME POINT AND WANT IT TO REMAIN NICE.
Description of Work: INSPECTED A HOME THAT WE ARE PURCHASING. THE COMPANY DID A TRADITIONAL INSPECTION AND A TERMITE INSPECTION FOR US. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHY, AND VERY CAREFULLY REVIEWED HIS FINDINGS AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT WHAT WE SHOULD ASK THE CURRENT OWNERS TO DO.
