What is more often the most stressful situation one can go thru was actually the easiest due to Stacey Kiernan and her knowledge in the business. At the busiest time of the year, Stacey still managed to be available and or get back to me immediately on all questions or concerns with answers that put me at ease. Her attention to detail and great partnership went beyond my expectations. At the beginning Stacey stated she thought my home would sell within 7-14 days and she was spot on?Her diligence and expertise is why I believe my home sold in record time?74 hits and over 14 views all within 10 days. My home was only on the market for 10 days and offer was made, just like Stacey said. I would recommend Stacey and Home Run Realty to anyone and everyone!!! Stacey will ALWAYS be my 1st and only choice when buying or selling.
