Description of Work: Replaced vent fan in bathroom. Did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Horrid. No one tells people what to do, just sends them out. Tilers were sub contractors that worked here after their first job whenever they had a chance without contacting ahead of time. Had to be home and wait for weeks. Tile not seated correctly; grout not same size and pieces used from another type tile. Carpenters were good. Awful experience.

Description of Work: I need three porch/garage lights replaced. I emailed Ken and he responded immediately. I scheduled the appointment for the following week. I had to email him several times for change in my arrangements and he responded right away. Bob came out to do the work, he was very nice, neat and very professional. I will contact Home Experts again for additional home repairs.

Description of Work: Fixed loose siding on side of house. We have used Home Experts off / on for a couple of years on various projects and they were always punctual and responsive. After this last job, we have not been able to reach them and have had no responses to left emails or phone calls. Future work is questionable due to this. Update 05/30/2014: contacted Ken for additional services. Restored communication.

Description of Work: They installed a screen door, replaced two exterior lights and set our mailbox in concrete. Other than a mix up in when the service was scheduled, when they got there the work was done professionally and promptly. We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of handyman service.

Description of Work: 2 coats of paint- front door, painted back steps, caulked gutter joints, fill in back door trim and casing, paint door to sunroom, fill in back door trim and casing, paint soffit, trim outside, repaired and cleaned gutters.

Description of Work: I call and spoke with Ken, and we set up an appointment time for an estimate. He never showed up so I gave him a call and he stated that he would be there in an hour and half. He did not show again and we never heard anything else from him.

Description of Work: I had previously worked with Mr. Bennett and was satisified with the job. He came to my home to look at a new job, and he promised to get back with me with an estimate by the end of the week. I never heard from him again. I am tired of chasing down contractors.

Description of Work: We used the company to install tile back splash behind our planning desk in the kitchen. I was quoted $200, but was charged $150 when the job was finished in a shorter amount of time than expected. The time between my call and the instillation was only 2 days, which was wonderful. I am using this company to do another job this week.
