As the owner of Home Experts, Ken Bennett opened the company because of his strong passion for people and design. He chose to use his God-given gifts to improve the lives of others. In fact, Ken Bennett will be your first and final contact through the entire process. Description of Work: They came out for measurements to paint. I accepted their bid and set a date for the job to begin. A few days before, I called to confirm everything was set to go. My calls and emails were not returned and they did not show up on the date planned to start the work.

Description of Work: Installed a garbage disposal in my sink that was never previously there. Also cut out spot under my cabinet and installed new dishwasher that was never there. Everything went well and continues to work great. I would recommend Ken and his team for any jobs around the house.

Description of Work: I scheduled a handyman for a day service and they were able to provide the service within 48 hours. Rick came and was on time and ready to work. He listened carefully to understand what I needed done and worked very quickly throughout the day and completed the job as promised. He was very conscientious of his work and did a great job. Description of Work: Home Experts installed an egress window in my basement. Ken was great to work with and the work was done in a very timely manner. We had another project in our basement that was outside of Home Experts' range of expertise, but Ken actually lined up another affordable and professional service provider to do the work. That's above and beyond and it's how you only dream you'll be cared for. I will definitely work with Home Experts in the future and will recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Came out to remove widow coverings in preparation for window install. Due to delay in shipment of windows, only three coverings were removed before I paid and said I would reschedule. |Three subsequent calls, left voice mails, and no response I stopped trying. |I realize that it was a small job and my house was a mess, due to sick dogs. |I would have appreciated a call indicating my business wasn't wanted. Bettrr than leaving a EX-customer hanging.
