Description of Work: I had a few unfinished jobs around the house. The men who came and did the work seemed fine. We had a small deck built off a porch but they nailed it down instead of using screws. The plaster work was excellent. The biggest problem is getting Ken to show up or even respond when he says he will.

We could have put our house on the market without Ken. He really worked with us to get the work finished to our satisfaction. He is flexible with scheduling and is very responsive and we will definitely use him in the future. I definitely got my money's worth. They were very clean, friendly and charged a fair price.
Description of Work: Ken helped us put in some French doors and matched the stain extremely well. He also put in some glass above, these doors hang beautifully. He re-tiled our bathroom, ripping out the old linoleum. Ken works efficiently and works with your schedule.

Pleasant to work with. I pointed out a couple of things and they fixed the problem. I would like some more painting done later. They are very prompt when weather permits.

conveyed confidence while cheerful. Willing to explain & answer questions. Took so long to get job completed. He's good but he might be slow.
Description of Work: This was repair from a burglary. David Schulz came the same day I called. He gave me an estimate and arranged to pick up materials. There was a delay by the supplier then illness so it finally ran into four weeks. The work was well done. Everything cleaned up very well. I was surprised and very pleased that Mr. Schulz quickly returned my computer room to order and reinstalled computer equipment which had been displaced. This was in addition to repairing my front door and replacing the door frame, carefully matching paint & stains

I was pleased with Ken's readiness to get to my house at his earliest convenience. He was also on time, which is something I don't see a lot of nowadays. He was pleasant, professional, and clean-cut, and his prices were very reasonable. I plan to call him again in the future as the need arises. As a widow, it will be nice to have someone available for me to call that I can trust to let in my house and make necessary repairs to my satisfaction. I have many friends and neighbors who could use a service like this, and I am totally comfortable recommending Home XPerts.
Description of Work: I've had Ken Bennett from Home XPerts do a couple different projects for me in the past several months. He installed a new faucet and accessories (towel bar and TP holder)in a newly redecorated bathroom, and recently came over to dislodge a coin from my garbage disposer. After an hour of frustration, neither my neighbor or I were able to do that ourself, and I had bought a new disposal ready for Ken to install when he arrived, thinking that would be necessary. He was able to dislodge the coin within about 15 minutes, saving me the cost of the new disposal and the labor to install it. On another occasion, he fixed a leak under a sink for me. On all three occasions, I was totally pleased with his overall service.

He actually had to go pickup new locks to install on the front door. He also had do do a little re-molding of the door frame. He was very nice, courteous and prompt. He gave a free estimate and then told me when he'd be out to do the work , which he did. I would hire him again.
