I called Ken and told him what I needed to have done in my house. It was basically a punchlist of several things that you would need a handyman to do. He explained that he was currently scheduling 3 weeks out, which was fine with me. He asked me to email him the list of things that I needed done. I emailed him a very detailed list. I never heard back from him... not even a response to tell me that he wasn't interested. People like him give "handymen" a bad name.

They showed up on time, worked very hard to complete the work in1 day. I will definitely use them again.

I had water leaking from my second floor bathroom into my kitchen from the ceiling. Ken came out to my home to try and find the cause of the leak. He sawed a hole in my kitchen ceiling to inspect the pipes and diagnose the problem. He spent over an hour in my home troubleshooting possible causes. He explained a couple possible reasons and what I could do to resolve the issue. Ken never charged me a dime for all of his work and most importantly, his time. He told me to give him a call if I decided to use his company for anything. Ken is great to do business with and has an unbeatable work ethic. I have used them multiple times in the past and am always so happy with their great work, attention to detail and outstanding customer service!

The were some weather delays (some of the work was outside). Ken kept me up to date on the delays at all times. The workers were on time, friendly and professional as was Ken. I will definitely use them again.

Mostly went well. Ken and his crew were excellent. Painting was excellent. The granite installer was less careful, but overall it looks great. Much lighter and brighter.

Home Experts were timely, professional. The truss work repaired the sagging ceiling - looks great!! Can’t even tell the drywall was repaired, it looks so good! They took care of us!!

Wonderful! The crew was all great - Rob and Victor are standouts. Steven Ell put down our patio and did a terrific job! Plus everyone was friendly and accommodating. Top notch! The owner, Ken Bennett, was very responsive to what we wanted. His brother Kent was also great, as were the electricians. We are very pleased.

Timeliness was a problem from the beginning. I got the impression there was lack of sincerity on future communications. There seemed to be a problem in that Ken Bennett either was communicating via SMS text or email but was not able to coordinate the contents and put both together. This went on over a period of 2 months and he finally said, "you should find someone else" because "there is communication problem". I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have had all types of work done. I have not suffered a recent medical event that might affect my communication. My conclusion was that beside the problem in communication, there was lack of sincerity from this individual/business. I would not recommend hiring this person or company if it was the last business existing

Good overall. Ken is very responsive through email and the crew is friendly. I requested changes in the middle of the project and they accommodated my requests.

I waited at home twice to meet with Ken. Both times I could have been at work, but was not because it was agreed that we would meet at a specific time. Both times were a no-show by Ken. The first time he emailed too close for our appointment time for it to matter; I was already at home, not work. The second time, there was no communication. My family and I have been waiting for months to get this shower issue resolved; we are literally ready to agree to a project, money in hand. Perhaps our job was not large enough to warrant urgency. At this point, I am going to move on to a provider that is willing to do what they say they will.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Mr. Ken. I had some things to have completed for an inspection and he can to the rescue. He did what he said and it was amazing job. Thanks again Mr. Ken😊

It went well. John arrived at the time that had been stated. He did exactly what we had requested. We needed ceiling braces for the fans which he went and purchased at our request. He did not seem rushed. He took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly and to our approval. I would recommend them and would use them in the future if needed.

Things did not go as scheduled. Ken called me about 20 minutes before our appointment on Monday to tell me he would be 40 minutes late. I said no worries I would be home all day. 2 hours after the new appointment time still a no show. I called Ken to ask if he was still coming. he apologized and said yes and that he was on his way. Finally an hour later he shows up. he was very nice, took a look at everything we were wanting to have done then said he would send me an email with a quote by Tuesday evening. Today is Saturday and I still haven't heard from Ken. I thought we found a great contractor for future projects on our home but instead it was just a complete waste of time.

They are who I call, I have used them for over 6 years. They are dependable and do things right. The cost is fair. I will continue to use Home Experts and recommend them to others.

Some minor repairs were done on some cabinets that may have been done a little better. A piece of glass was reinstalled in a cabinet and the corner was broken off - it isn't visible outside the unit so it isn't a big deal really, but it feels less than top quality (8/10 perhaps). Flag was not hung with screws on the bottom of the holder so in the first storm the holder got torn up (8/10). Again, not a big deal, the big stuff they did really well on, installing the bead-board in a bedroom (9.5/10), getting the external faucet in and functioning (10/10), putting in the drop down ladder for the attic (10/10), replacing a ceiling fan (10/10). Over all, I'd give them a 92.5% out of 100%. So all in all, I'd say they did a good job and I would recommend them.
