Ken was able to provide us with a quote within 1 week of original contact. He was able to start the job about 3 weeks later, with a couple days delay from original timing. The entire job took about 2 weeks and we are extremely pleased with the results. All the work was done in a quality manner and with quality materials. For example, they used high quality DeckScapes paint for painting our deck vs. just an off-brand exterior paint. Attention was paid to detail to ensure the end results were appropriate. The few items I did have questions or issues with during the job were resolved and/completed to my satisfaction with no remaining issues. Another important item for me from a communication perspective was that Ken was always very responsive and timely to any phone calls or emails I sent. This went a long way to provide comfort on job status and timing. I have had Ken do work for me in the past and will definitely use him again. I would also highly recommend him to any friends.

Very good overall. They did a fine job of repairing the ceiling and painting. I was very impressed with the care they took to clean up their mess. The job took two days to finish, and they cleaned up at day end each of the two days.

He was very prompt. He didn't completely fix the problem with the toilet though. I called him and he came back and corrected the problem. However, after he came back the toilet was still not working properly. He wasn't able to come out right away but he sent someone out the next morning to fix the problem. I can't grade the price because I don't have experience with handymen and I don't know the going rate.

Ken was very pleasant on the phone, and he was able to come to my house the day after he called. He called ahead of time with an approximate time of arrival, and he showed up earlier than he thought. The matter was very simple one that required simply tightening several nuts to stop the water from leaking. The entire matter took about five minutes, and Ken did not charge me anything for his time.

They said that there was an electrical problem that was more involved than they were able to do. I appreciated their honesty. They did help with my sink, but 2 weeks later I had to call a plumber anyway because the handle was busted and needed to be replaced.

I called him, made an appointment, and showed him the job and others that would need to be done in the future. Friday, he told me what could be done and was supposed to call back and leave an estimate. Now it's Wednesday and I haven't heard anything.

After going over everything we needed to have done, Ken called back the next day with an estimate. At that time he said that he would call the following Tuesday and do the work on Wednesday. We have not heard from him since. As of this writing, it has been a week past the time he said the work would be completed. Estimated cost was $700.

He was very nice, agreeable, prompt, easy to get a hold of and stood by his work. He agreed to come back out on another run to install a mail slot in my door.

I called Ken and he returned my call that day. We set a time for him to come up and give me an estimate. He didn't show up at the set time. I called him 30 minutes later and he came up right away. He gave me an estimate on the proposed work. He was very courteous and helpful. He hired a sub to do the work. Ken and Ryan showed up on time to do the work. Ken left and Ryan stayed an hour and a half to finish the job. We noticed after a day that there were some new cracks in the tile in the master bathroom. I called Ken and he arranged to have Ryan come back that afternoon. The problem was fixed. Ryan ended up re-grouting a small area around our toilet. He also agreed to re-caulk around the shower head.

They completed the job while I was at work & the job was finished on the day they said it would be.

He was quick and efficient and his cost was very reasonable. He was really careful about cleaning up. We would use him again.
