They are professional, on time, they do good work, and clean up after themselves. They are also reasonably priced.

They were easy to work with. There was some miscommunication with the date they would come to do the work at the beginning. He's going to be coming back for another job we have to do- laying a vinyl floor in another room.

Mr Bennett came by to provide the estimate at my convenience. Both Mr Bennett and the technician were professional. The technician worked diligently until all jobs were completed. Mr Bennett follows up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service provided.

Set up appointment for estimate 5 days in advance. Company left me a message 2 days before appointment confirming time/date. Estimate day arrives and no-show. I am writing this review a week after the no-show and I still haven't hear from them.

I was extremely pleased at how punctual, professional, and respectful their serviceman was. I'm a very picky customer, and was pleasantly surprised at how particular he was about his work. The cost was very competitive ~ actually a little better than a leading competitor, and I was very happy that I was able to get the work done within a couple days of the scheduled estimate. The bottom line is I received outstanding service and I will definitely hire this same company in the future!

Ken came and took down the information and advised that he would e-mail me an estimate and it was detailed and received in a timely manner. I did make an upgrade to the hardwood flooring and he adjusted the estimate. They started to work the next Tuesday and had the walls stripped and prepped and almost all of the flooring laid. The next day they came back and painted the ceiling and put 2 coats on the walls. The toe molding and 2 small areas of base board were also done. The flooring and painting was beautiful! When we had time to examine, we did find some spattered paint and 2 transition strips were not done. I sent Ken an e-mail and he came out on Saturday and fixed everything to our satisfaction, including a ding in the wall that we put in it when we tried to hang a shelf. He explained why they did not put down the 2 transition strips but since we really wanted them, he did it gladly.

We needed a shaky banister and a broken stair railing fixed before my husband came home from hip surgery. This company was extremely responsive, coming out to give me an estimate the day I called, and scheduling the work for the very next day. The representative who completed the work was prompt, courteous, and thorough. The work was done as needed.

Great. There was a small problem with the shower handle and Ken came out the next day and fixed it. Great quality, nice and professional workers.

First off, Ken was very professional and kind. His prices are the best I've found, and he and his staff do a quality job. They are dependable and deserve their A rating on Angie's List. They did a nice job replacing my drains in my sink and the red cedar wood that they used to replace the rotten wood on the front of my house looks great! I have a lot of other repairs I need done and I will definitely be calling them again soon! I have already told my neighbors how pleased I was with their services.

The technician got lost and didn't call to let us know he would be late, but when he did arrive, he did the work quickly with minimal "invasion" into our day to day household activities. We had gotten an estimate from another handyman, and House Experts' price was half of the other estimate. Very pleased with their professionalism and their price. I definitely recommend their services to all.

They came out on the 4/23 or 4/24 to look at the problem with the door and provide an estimate to repair it, and schedule the date of the repair. While repairing the Door it was pointed out that the part of the framing of the door was rotted out. The repairman promised to have his boss to call me and to come out to determine if any repairs could be done without replacing the whole door/windows structure. As of this date I have not heard from the company as it pertains to the rotted frame of the door.

My insurance company notified my that I would need to install handrails on my porch in order to continue my policy with them, so I gave Ken a call. He came out promptly to look at the work and helped me find a low-cost solution for the work. There were a few weather-related delays(the ground was frozen)but he was able to finish the job quickly and quietly and cleaned up after himself. The handrails look great and I would highly recommend him!

Overall, they were good to work with. Ken and his brother Kent (who did the majority of the work) were very nice and I felt safe around them. They did a great job on everything and their quality of work is good. The only complaint I really have is that I felt like I had to remind them of a few things throughout the process. However, it was no problem at all. As soon as I reminded them or talked to them about it, they immediately took care of what I requested or asked. Although Ken was going to come out and tweak one of the toilet settings because it isn't flushing well, doesn't have much suction and never did, but other than that they took care of everything immediately. Ken is definitely interested in making sure you are happy with their product and in getting repeat business. When I asked him how much they charged for power washing houses, he even offered to do the areas of our house that needed it for free the next time he was in the area (although I still have not heard from him yet, I thought it was a generous offer)! All-in-all, they did a good job, Ken was honest with what needed to be done and not be done. They didn't try to add on a bunch of extra items that hiked up the cost so that they could make more money and I really appreciated that. I think they seem very fair and honest. Something that can be hard to find these days.

Ken and his staff have provided outstanding service. We have been so impressed by the work that they do and the very professional service they provide. We are extremely pleased to know that we have discovered a group that can provide reliable and professional service for any type of work and we intend to use them regularly. The sales rep came out and found exactly what the problem was. They fixed it and it has been working great ever since. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. We were so pleased.

I was very happy with the work and the cost. The owner was prompt, courteous, and efficient.

He is a really nice guy, easy to work with and flexible on the payments. If he can't do something, he tells you up front. He is punctual and if he can not make it, he will call and let me know.

A driver in our neighborhood had accidentally run off the road and wiped out our mailbox. I needed to find a handyman to get a new mailbox put up in the yard right away in order to keep receiving mail. After speaking with the neighbor's insurance company, I called Ken Bennett. He gave me an immediate cost estimate. After that, I contacted the insurance company and they approved using Ken's services for the job. From there, Ken took care of everything. On the next business day, he had a fine person, Josh, come out and install the mailbox. Both gentlemen were thoroughly professional. Ken called back the next day to see if the work had been performed correctly. Ken is interested in getting the job done well and getting it done as soon as possible. Although the insurance company paid the $225-250 for the mailbox, I thought it was a fair price. If you are looking for an excellent handyman, call Ken Bennett!!

They were supposed to come out to clean all of the gutters and clean my dryer vent. They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. They didn't call either. I had arranged my whole day around them coming. When I called and spoke to Ken Bennot he said that he forgot. He wanted to come in the afternoon, but that did not work for me. I told him that I was just going to have another company come out to do the work. At that point, I called Angie's List and made a report. After I made the report, Ken called me back and said that he would come and do the gutters and the dryer vent for free. After I got that message I called Angie's List to delete the negative report. I was still unsatisfied with the missed appointment for the second date of work, but he did make it right. The first time they came out to do the toilet and the kitchen faucet they were 25 minutes late with no call. I had to call them to make sure they were coming. He did come out on Monday to clean out the gutters and on Wednesday to clean the dryer vent. He kept his word and didn't charge me for either one of the services.

My overall experience with Mr. Bennet and Home Experts was excellent. He and Josh arrived promptly at 8:30 AM. They completed all jobs and cleaned up (spotless) in approximately 2 1/2 hours.

A good, no-nonsense company. We tell them what we need, we schedule a time, they show up at the appropriate time, do the work, tidy up after themselves, and we're all happy.

I was not happy that I had to wait a week for them to do the work. I also felt the price was a little pricey for the work they did. They also had to come out about four separate times to get the job done. Otherwise, they did a good job fixing what I wanted done.

Ken was very easy to work with, very responsive. Ken was available on site throughout day monitoring his crew's work. Completed work in one day.

He was very professional, but the work was not very good. He still has my cherry door. The screens are still an issue. They are not taut. The shower job was pretty good, the cabinet repair was fine. The front door work was just OK, but the problem is back. I have contacted him once or twice to get back the cherry door. The screens are the biggest disappointment, they are still pretty wrinkled. He was the nicest guy, but did not do a great a job. The owner came out and did all of the repairs within five days. He was sincerely concerned that he did not meet my expectations the first time, but this time he certainly did.
